Not so sure SLP would be in any rush to sell off Harriets Wish. It is an improving picture and maybe an asset that can be exploited by the company in the future. Not sure what the full valuation would be at this time, especially with some mines being mothballed. My concern is that any announcement may add some uncertainty and affect the sp No doubt Harriets Wish is the possible special dividend that has been mentioned in the past. Next move north should see 16p breached. I always used that price as a support level in the past, sooner we can move back above 20 the better.
Agree. This qtr and next qtr are key. See how close we can get to the 15,000 oz and put some serious cash back in the pot. still half expect some left field news like sale of Harriets Wish or something. lets see.
Everything starting to look better here. Looks like our buyer has stopped for now. Numbers should look great for the half yearly report. Some news would help the sp in the short term but the dark days of last year are well behind us.
Currently surging now to $1715, just a tad off the years high but still a massive $550 off the 5 year high. Opalesque reports that supply of platinum is now at a 13 year low as further mines go into C&M. PGM producers revenue should be increasing now and tailing ops doing even better.
SLP is my main investment. They are already doing what JLP hope to do. They are 'walking the walk' They are confident enough to offer 2 dividend payments on projected figures. JLP has been discussed on this bb many times before you joined LSE last month. Posters on here are well researched in this sector.
After you posted on here the sp rose from 12p almost touching 16p. Trust me, your post did prompt a reply but was not the reason I bought. There are many companies apart from JLP that should offer good returns when production is online. EMED, SXX and ORM.
As for the relationship between SLP and JLP they have 2 different strategies. SLP are in a period consolidation and exploiting assets already generating revenue. JLP have bigger ambitions but will have to convince investors they can deliver. Their assets alone when merged should lift the current MC
I did try and point that out on their bb as this seems the only way to make money. Their CEO has big ambitions for JLP. Momentum does seem to be with them at the moment. Be interesting to see how things play out as May approaches. The sooner production converts to profit the current MC will seem very low. Seems odd discussing another PGM producer on this site. In respect of SLP, It would not surprise me to see a holdings RNS anytime soon. I cannot see those recent chunky buys being pi's.
