"We in the West think long term is 10 to 20 years while they are looking at the next century." - So judging by your statement Celtic you are happy to realise a return on your investment in the next century? GL with that :).
hi day tripper yes the more i think about it the more i am not going to give one dot of trust to l/o abrahams, range or anything to do with this investment UNTIL i have been proved wrong. 100% guilty until proved innocent is my take .. sad to say but far too much water under the bridge here and i aint gonna change my stance until i see trading resumed, the sp stabilised etc etc until then they can publish and promise and update ya di ya di ya but im afraid in my head im currently holding 4.5m tickets to see spurs in the champions league final next year
A cordial Happy New Year to all, with the exception of trolls of course (well they don't count). Regardless of which I have a feeling that the Chinese are going to silence the Trolls once and for all shortly. What people don't seem to get about the Chinese is they are not short term thinkers. We in the West think long term is 10 to 20 years while they are looking at the next century.
This is not some commercial get rich quick scheme at the expense of shareholders, this is the Chinese looking to secure energy sources for the future. I have said this before and been shot dow for it but don't be surprised to see gas and condensates playing a bigger part in Range's long term future.
Really sticks the boot in with yesterdays comments on RRL. Maybe the Chinese are only interested in the long term Puntland licenses and perhaps there is a relationship with Landau going on. There are too many nasty smells and it is not crude oil. I sense a Chinese puzzle was in the Xmas cracker. What was all the rhetoric about a "change in focus for RRL" on the departure of RSR according to Abraham - and looking at gas and condensate alternatives. Now its back to Waterflood provided that the existing wells are in good order. But you can bet your last TT dollar that they wont be and the prospect that the first 10m$ will be swallowed up without any production increase if it has not already. Meanwhile there will be a CTR director with a cheesy grin on his face. It will be interesting coming up to the EGM.
