Even if RRR doesn't sell Columbia.. ( which I think they will).. They have Jupiter value c £3 million.. No debt.. Could likely find another buyer for Columbia .. IC asset to get going and could strip other assets out if really wanted to clean it up..
Personally.. To get back to the here and now RRR haven't been in a better position in recent times..
The 10p days was a different market.. Most of the companies if not all since them have been diluted to hell.. It's the way the AIM operates..
Yes the shareprice was/is on it's ssss but that creates this opportunity..
YA was a big overhang.. It's cleared.. UK bond was a big overhang.. It's cleared..
This is like a shell company being tied up finally by AB.. The city believes in RRR again and that why I'm a buyer..
mcgart, very good post and the first realistic one I've read in the past 24 hours.
I would totally agree on your JMS valuation and also agree that this should more or less underpin our current company valuation, however it's the rest that I have a problem with of adding significant near term value.
In reality terms we are going to need an industry wide recovery in order for Greenland or Mt Ida to ever be realised, otherwise they just sit as a zero value on our balance sheet.
As for Kenya, who knows, AB fails to give us any updates on this asset, so honestly it's impossible to put any sort of valuation on it when we know absolutely nothing.
RSL has a nominal worth and at the moment IC is licences only, obviously it could work out well, however it will need to be excellent for the market to sit up and take any notice.
As always I'm trying to be fair with my assessment as opposed to talking up or talking down the share as we have more than enough in both camps for these purposes.....................
zumore - i stand by what i said - i didnt want to be out of rrr - and still dont which is why i am still in - others might see it differently - and as i often state no one should listen to any poster at all, not me, magic or anyone else - their investments should be based on their own research and decisions is that not correct??? and also i lot of the people supposedly in here from the highs of around 15p or whatever i wasnt even posting so how can that be me??? if people managed it wrong last time from 0.25 to 1.4p and got too greedy that is their own fault - in fact if they bought in at 15p and just sat on their hands whose fault is that - correct their own fault no one elses - amazes me how many people if they are in loss blame everyone else but themselves
Have you got any ic trips planned,I just remembered the rrr related trip to greenland before the grand failure.I remember you being ubber positive then.unles you have been quietly unloading you must be massively down so good luck .
