In January Motley Fool reported that Morgan Stanley has stated that Lloyds is facing up to £6 BILLION in litigation costs. Further fines will reduce the capital cushion and they must not pay a dividend from reserves.
Neil Woodford who is more respected than anyone else except Warren Buffett in December stated that RBS and LLoyds are still YEARS away from paying dividends.
And what happens when the class action shareholders group regarding the HBOS takeover scandal hits the courts. It is not far away.
