soory to be picky but you have advised people to get out of the share and i have already emailed uot post to my contact for their thoughts and guidance on it.
im also shocked that someone from hibu would give such sensitive information to a pi and put heir job on their line when they know they would obviously crossing the line.
what i feel is that you are someone from inside hibu or who knows someone close to the talks and you have been party to the info you present and your trying to do shareholders a favour which is admirable of you
i would probably do the same thing

BF - I have no interest in scaremongering. My sole intention is to present the contents of a meaningful conversation with the head of investors relations, that had another person within hibu present.
I am not telling anyone to sell but to call and ask for similar information and base your decision on that whether to recover what you have left or risk losing everything.
I was long term holder and was optimistic we would still be part of this company.

im quite flummexed by your words and i will tell you why
i have quite a good relation with someone in investor relations for several years now
they have confirmed for me that there are still institutional holders in hibu
i find this strange if they know they are going to be wiped out
as to you comments about their wording in the recent RNSs about little or no share value i was told from the person i know that they are legally obliged to word the Rnss LIKE that if there are question marks over shareholders holdings
i will contact hibu tommorow

Lucando - I asked that very question and whether the company never had the funds to meet the interest payments.
The response I got was that Andrew Clotworthy would rather not discuss if the company had sufficient funds and reiterated the point that the company had defaulted, he would not give a reason that the company had defaulted despised having funds to meet the interest payments.

LF - I got an email from investors relation after I questioned why no information was being released by hibu and why the ceo was making noises about being profitable whilst telling shareholders that there holdings would have little or no value !!!
