ha ha, cheers Zoros. I'm definitely coming into this. I'm going to see if I can crack under 74 but I think you're right. I think next week we will see it over 75 for sure.So I'll be seeing you at the buy counter for sure.
Good morning Sir. Mmmm, I'm hovering over the buy button just now wondering if she'll go lower. Methinks she'll bottom out a tad above 74p. But another part of me (my ar*e probably!) tells me that as LLOY tends to follow the FTSE lately (God I'm going to get stick for that!) - she might break thru into the 73'ssssss. Don't deliberate for too long. This time next week (barring another global disaster) she'll be back @ 75+. 2p gross's me a "Bag o Sand" - from my float - so I'll see you at the buy counter shall I???
Polar et al: Look guys - I'm just a humble, simpleton trying to scrape a couple of pennies together. I'm no guru and after 30yrs in the stock market (tinkering around the edges), I still haven't managed to understand technical terms like candlesticks and breakouts and ascending trend channels, but I know what I know and my gut feeling has been there for me 70% of the time. Which means (thank buddha) that my wife can shop at Waitrose now instead of Netto! And my kids can boost the coffers of Apples ginomerous money mountain. IMHO: LLOY and the FTSE are inextricably linked these last 6-9 months. Look now....and now................................and now.....................................................................now! Still following the FTSE. :)
Complete overview of the FTSE100 since it began in Jan 1984, nice steady growth through the eighties into the mid nineties. You can see the 1987 crash, which looks tame now. From the mid nineties bubble mania began, Dot com bubble, housing bubble, and the next to arrive has no name yet. Triple top reversal or break out - take your pick. This time is different...hmm maybe. There for the grace of Central banks go I.
yeah, they say 2015 is going to be the year of the currency wars, didnt the euro hit 110 the other day, hmmmm.looks like it's already started, uncharted territory,so who knows the outcome? snails?,love um,reminds me of dinner,in the Burma jungle,1943lol.
Real money is never temporary - just how much you pay for it that counts..lol. Greece is a side show. When the world sets about devaluing it's currencies to try and gain an edge, there's only one store of value PMs.
How about some snails (escargot) goes well with greens especially sprouts.
think the goldies are just temporary, until the Greece stuff blows over,or if it does go belly up,well that goes without saying? got a pond full of um,so shipmate can have mine, but tar anyway,it's the thought that counts of course.lol.
I'll defo bring you back some frogs legs marinaded in white wine, you can always wang em into your curry. Miners? I think the gold and silver will be working overtime very soon. Mario did them a favor...lol
