Hi, A good boost from Share Mag and hopefully new during next week. No I didn't go to the presentation the other night, but there was one presentation that I was interested in, but the ticker escapes me - it was mentioned on MAGP earlier in the week. Just waiting to see the impact of the next few wells to determine how much to invest here, its currently 3 rd in line after Magp and Edge.
Oil-drilling group Amerisur Resources expects ample growth after promising June breakthroughs. Low operating costs, rapidly growing production and fully funded shares suggest aggressive purchasing is advisable. BUY.
These really are at a discount now. Same story as +40p. Better actually. We should be seeing updates on Fenix (possible partnership), plus P5 reaching total depth and/or P4 increasing output. Next week maybe?
Indeed, it is a puzzling stock. Roughly, I bought in @ 14, 17, 21, 24, 25 & 40p (smallish volumes). In the interim it plunged to sub-10p primarily due to environmental issues, which included tanker haulage and upgrading of road/transport networks. That pullback was greatly overdone.
In a final analysis I treat AMER as one anchor to the PF. FDavis at one point had a £2 SP target - perhaps unrealistic. All the evidence points to marked success at Platanillo. Midus and others have spelt out the benefits that will accumulate from the remaining wells to be drilled this year. “Controlled” flowrates from established wells more or less confirm all targets are within a strong productive area. You are probably aware that the blend commands a high premium on the market. All the indications are that crude price will steadily increase, further strengthening the company’s balance sheet. Any figures may not necessarily lift the SP to any degree as has been the case during the past two financial years.
A healthy cash balance will assist costs of San Pedro analyses, and I am staying here on the strong possibility that Paraguay could deliver. GC and JW are certainly “excited” about the prospects.
