I thought the administrators were running ANGM not CG ..... So what do you think they can do?????
If everyone feels that we have been hood winked there is only one option left to us. And that's a legal battle. But how many of you are prepared to go that extra mile to push for a result....?

Why was Peter Connery being hailed as a potential CEO of the company, a career man?

...and behold he is now a Director!

Why say this given current alleged unpaid role in Arctic Mining -

"I won't be here if Cyrus don't give me the rope to do my job"?

I wonder what Freud would have to say given the outcome?

What about this given replies to MP4?,,,,,,,systematic cover up?............

"Our website was attacked by a hacker and we were worried that it could do damage to people logging on to our website and the only way for us to deal with the problem was to take the website down and rebuild it"

The dissonance deafens!

How about this given January Pours.......

"If there is price sensitive news (good or bad) I am required to announce it. No announcement means that there is no such news. The mine and the plant have worked continuously over Christmas and continue to do so."

As I said the dissonance deafens!

I do agree, firstly Arctic Mining is not under administration, ANGM is!

What is most concerning is that ANGM's website has been down for some time, are not CG running ANGM?

..many of us are waiting on the side lines waiting for the last vestige of hope to be finally extinguished. Call it Nick Hall's last stance to salvage shareholder's interests as per hinted with MP4 meeting - if you believe him!

However, I cannot help feeling that NH's meeting with MP4 has the stench of "job done" to quench the voice of dissent on behalf of vested interests he surreptitiously could represent. It needs to be truly dispelled. I found it most unusual that such a meeting took place, it's contents allowed to be displayed on the net, given the powers and ultimate accountability of Cork Gully to the courts and Cyrus, and Nick Hall's somewhat retained role of responsibility, unpaid? (tantamount to pull the other leg in the normal scheme of administrations unless there is another paymaster in kind?).

I suggest we all ask CG and Nick Hall why did such a meeting take place and why was it sanctioned?

The same questions remain for me as my previous postings - some stick out more than most, when were CG consulted and when did Nick Hall truly know that the plan was to take out the PLC? Given in reference to his Greenland trip in stark contrast what he said to MP4! (there are too many stark contrasts if push comes to shove!).........

"I am pleased to say that the trip was a success and I will get details to shareholders as soon as I can."

The dissonance in the many replies - written and spoken, the incongruous nature of statements about pillar mining etc, under our given outcome, are certainly begging many serious questions about who and what was Nick Hall, the make up of our BOD? Peter Rose of Fox Davies insisted that Kevin McNair resigned - was no longer on board as pre-Xmas - M&A role, made redundant stinks imho - at a juncture where we had yet to prove commercial gold! Does not stack up, such a role at such a juncture? Stinks of a cover story. Daniel Bordessa resigning - all very convenient for the final event?

There is more than circumstantial evidence that shareholders did not have the correct facts to hand to make qualified decisions over the last 2 years - quite honestly we never stood a chance!

If indeed we have a performing cash generative commercial gold mine, only adds to the veracity of a prima facie case against Cyrus and this BOD if we are dumped! It certainly puts CG on the spot to be accountable to shareholder interests!

I suggest every shareholder write to CG and remind them of above!

I pray I am proven wrong but until such times the heat should be put on CG as custodian of our last vestige of hope!

MP4 I hope you are making a speedy recovery - thanks once again for taking us forward as much as you can.

The company was operating from an outbuilding at Nick Hall's home. Now has relocated to tidy (but not expensive) office just down the road

Nick Hall evidently remains as a director and the cash-strapped company moves from free to paid premises before an announcement of any nature is made by the administrators.

What does one make of that?

Both the websites for Angel Mining and Artic Mining have been down for a while and so we have no means of knowing if any announcement has been made. I believe that some new Directors have been appointed. Are you able to confirm that the following appointments in relation to Arctic Mining Ltd have been made and that the Registered Office is now Suite 2 Meadow Drove Business Centre, Meadow Drove, Bourne, Lincolnshire, PE10 0BP?

They might be very much doubt ANGM will. We have been shafted by the looks of things now some one will walk off with a gold mine just starting to produce reasonable amounts. All sinks

I was going to add why would you move you appont a company secrutary so soon after firing the old one and why in the same location as the parent company? we might be getting back on track.
