I'm with you on that one. Surely they would have a CEO in place before the MIS. Just can't understand why they are still interviewing. Or is this just meaning the new CEO signing the dotted line before MIS. I would have thought RNS to say who CEO is tomorrow then take the new kid on the block to the MIS and show him off.
Richard, let me be absolutely clear that Raylene really impressed me and I think she is a driven intelligent and if I may say charming lady who I am delighted we have as the CFO. BUT she is not the driver of this. I do think but have no proof that there are quite powerful forces behind what is going on or we are talking about some major merger or acquisition with a sitting management team . I cant see any reason for not having Dan stay until the day that the new regime takes over, all this RNS does is make it even more urgent to get the news as we don't know who is running the show now that we have no CEO or Chairman and Chambers ahs also resigned.
Clem has not resigned yet, it is on the cards in the very near future, he was in a way, a father to Dan, someone to keep his feet on the ground, an advisor!
The reason Dan has resigned, I have written in my post a few minutes ago, it as a pre-requisite!
The company I can assure you IS in good hands and further news to follow! People need to read less into his stepping down and more into the reasons why.
I don't thing the £50k was explained very well, but basically he has sold out his options, so all he will be getting is the £50k and whatever shares he may have privately!
There is BIG news to come, the 'fantastic oil and gas assets' is an exciting statement and so far, everything Dan has tweeted about has come to fruition so I am confident this will also! Perhaps a JV or a RTO in exchange for a route to the market for funding to develop that 1000 bopd. I cannot see the company they are working with on this deal being a two bit fraud like Sefton was, this will be the dog's b******s, Dan has been very vocal on that point!
Give this a week and we will all be having a whip around to give him a a few more quid lol!

Yep agree with you on the CEO bit. If they are still interviewing what will the time frame be before he or she is sitting in the chair. Cut Raylene a little slack she knows her onions as a CFO and probably has a good idea as to who the new CEO will be and more importantly someone she can work well with. We don't wont CFO and CEO battles, these two have got to be aligned on the way forward and making good business decisions for #STRYKER into the future.
You all should find confidence in this, what it hi-lights to me is that Dan is not or has ever been the driving force behind this, he had a particular skill set which was needed at the time, who is will be revealed very shortly i believe.
This could be bigger than we ever first believed it could be.
