That's game over then if Cyrus didn't want to support it. Cyrus will have first dibs on money from sell off while other creditors and shareholders get f@@k all.
Thanks for the effort but with Cyrus not playing ball that's game over

It could be communicated by an emailing list, or I could set up a private forum within the forum.
Let me know if you'd want me to do that

No he didn’t give anything away regarding the gold pours, only we are doing much better than breaking even now. I must say it was the only area where Nick seemed uncomfortable to discuss the details.
Cyrus were willing to support the recovery plan but not support Angel Mining, as Nick said the company were in default and they can do all sort of things that are obviously not going to be in the interest of shareholders.

As far back as I can recall, it has been that way except there was some info but wasn't it misleading?

Saying that but if new directors, they might keep us better infomed with whats really going on, at this time i would be happy to get half my money back, patience we all had, info we need more of.

Not entirely sure! Better to wait and see the lie of the land but if we do have new directors then maybe some point in holding to see what happens. Whatever happens I can't see I would be looking for medium term let alone long term. If I got my investment back I'd be pleased so SP of 1p would see me in profit. I dare not hope - I think the lack of information/clarity means we are on dodgy ground. My old catch phrase - patience! Can't do anything myself. GLA

If the mine was commercial and I was Cyrus I'd push to get this back trading. They can milk this company over the years

Did Nick give any indication of numbers Nal is producing now?
In your comments on the meeting did I read it correctly that all the creditors agreed to back the deal but they didn't want to pay the fees associated with ANGM? If so I do wonder how that can happen as ANGM own 100% of arctic mining.
Only way I can see us coming out of this is if Nal is churning out consistent gold of a decent size each month. Struggle to see administrators shutting us down if the mine is producing.
If nick has been given the boot is that part of some deal possibly.
To be honest I think ANGM will disappear and we will get shafted but I hope I'm wrong.

Yes I know mate, but still living in hope, like all of us here be nice to see this turn round and start up again, if the mine is comercial and still working and its getting the gold, would we all sell up if it started trading again?

Interesting that they are looking for info on anything dubious that may have gone on. Perhaps now is the time for us to put our heads together and come up with a list of events which may point to the fact that the situation we find ourselves in may have been somewhat contrived and not solely down to misfortune. Remember though that these are open boards and may not be the best place to discuss strategy.
