Hi Liam how are you keeping,was thinking of going to the next meet but its a bit to far away down to Essex approx 430 miles each way so have decided to wait until a closer meet comes up then maybe go and meet all the gang there wisimmo, inscrutable delta,jimmie91, Andean,ren and victor but to mention a few cheers mate.

I hope to invest in overseas property so i would pay tax twice, once in uk and then when moving to another country to buy property. I thought maybe it would help limit the tax to one country. Obviously if or when money comes back into uk it would owe tax. But i could get more to start with if i limit tax. Then pay on final return.
Maybe not possible but was just an idea.

A local chinese restaurant won an award for the best restaurant in town. The award was given by the local newspaper. In their write up the reporter had remarked "Sun Lee, Chinese restaurant had outstripped every other restaurant in town by a fair margin. Our two reporters were completely 'gob-smacked' with the quality and service offered to us. We had visited Sun Lee incognito on two occasions and the service was brilliant. The meals were out of this world"
Sun Lee on reading the article, enquired as to the meaning of 'gob-smacked' and was told it meant surprisingly good value!
They decided to capitalize on their new found success and had a sign made which they placed in a prominent place in their window, it read.....
