seems just as unhappy as we do......bizarre isn't it?

Just another thought.......would we think it a worse outcome if MAB had struck a death spiral finance deal with the likes of Crede or Darwin?

I'm sure it's all just a total coincidence.

People have mentioned it briefly, but I have just read rns a the bit about the 5 million debt. Anybody any ideas on what this is referring to. It is my impression that we had no debt

It's funny that we've not heard a peep all year about litigation money, WKS, and Vanadium. Now this JV has been announced it all comes out in one go. Bizarre. I think we should consider an EGM, something needs to be done.

We have obviously had issues raising Cash and I would suggest that AB has been trying very hard, trying many different routes . ACI Etc so I am quite surprised regarding all the negative focus. At least we finally have a way forward and I thank him, we now have a chance. A few more chapters to unfold, resource prices soaring .
Clearly he has held out and held out and this is the best we got offered, I give him some credit, you cannot solely blame AB if you are dissatisfied, the Company is what it is , this is the deal and I am grateful we are alive and not suspended.

He seems quite positive about trying to retrieve some cash from previous incumbents as well but ACI Cash, well we shall see

We have to get more vocal really.

Due to how little information AB shares with shareholders we are left to meek a lot assumptions - the least we should push for is an EGM and demand communication is improved and that they need to reconsider this deal or find an alternative.

The fact he has signed the deal and already made BMR liable for withdrawing from the deal really stinks.

EGM would be the first step but we'd need a large percentage of holders in order to actually forceably remove the board. We would also probably need an alternative route to finance and potentially have to provide suitable persons to replace the board - these people and the brokers are thick as thieves so they will have most avenues covered.

QSmeily7 on advfn had a few things to say today - he seems to have an idea or two.

What options are open to us?

To remove the current BOD.

What really grinds my gears is that it would take next to nothing in real terms to have got Kabwe moving.

Couple of million would have seen it through.

Incompetent would be the polite word.
