That is total nonsense, firstly an RNS can be posted at any time and none of the facts have changed. The GSA will be signed and we will have gas to market, they didn't pay to build a spur from us to the pipeline as a gesture of good will or had you forgotten that?
Peeps unless a positive RNS appears in next 45 minutes (highly unlikely) this stock is heading south. A lot of us PI are a going to feel the pain. The markets are going to punish this stock. YJ can someone tell me what they are being paid to do?
Unfortunately I feel the frustration of all the posters here and while their annoyance is towards Aminex, it's just that Tiptop seems to be the only one flying the Aminex flag at the moment so he's first in the firing line. Great posts from all sides the last few days and great to see some mutual respect at the end of it all. Fingers crossed for some long awaited good news. 14p and I'm out (Dreams or reality, only time will tell), here's hoping anyway.
Tiptop, hear me out. I'm not trying to be belligerent but merely hoping you'll see things from others' perspectives (some others). Big issues...very disappointed with the last 2 placements? Below is your only remotely negative comment on the last placement:
"Unfortunate that we had to raise a few more bucks until the big loan comes through but Jay is a careful man and doesn't want to run up to the wire.
" The Company is currently in discussions with a substantial financial group which has indicated a willingness in principle to make loan finance available to Aminex which will allow the Company to pay down its existing loan obligations and continue to develop its Tanzanian licences, especially the Ruvuma PSA. ""
That was your big issue and disappointment. That's simply not credible. You express your 'very disappointed' by stating its 'unfortunate' and then selectively quote Mr. Bhatterjee - you left out the part of the RNS where they express concerns that none of his quote is guaranteed to happen.
Every single post you made about the placement after the awful disappointment expressed above expressed how wonderful a businessman 'Jay' is to so shrewdly get a placement for what I can only call your latest straw man - the Ntorya side-tracking (excuse the spelling, I'm just bored with your transformative developments - oil, the CPR, the pipeline completion, Anadarko being beside 'us', Bernard Andre doing the CPR (remember Cove, nudge nudge wink wink) and now it's an RBL and Ntorya and on and on and on. None of those things you stated would be transformative were transformative, not one. Bernard Andre is missing in action, Anadarko sold up, the CPR was 5 months late and not one of those things (even the odd one that happened such as the painfully obvious finishing of the pipeline) had the remotest influence on the sp. but you never discuss the missing Bernard, Anadarko's selling up and leaving this super duper location, your comment on the CPR not arriving at the very specific date you stated it would was, and I quote, "oh well". You had been stating that that would be transformative continuously for months on end. You even had others praying for the CPR. When it did arrive 5 months late nothing happened! As for the nineteen month delayed GSA, you can't even bring yourself to state the blindingly obvious - regardless of whose fault the delay is (and I'm not excusing Mr Bhatterjee from blame for the delay - I don't know) but he should NOT have been promising it on a monthly basis for over a year and a half. That is not acceptable.
My point is this: IMHO there is always a place for the research posters like you do. It's detailed and interesting and articulately expressed in your case. But when every single post you make without exception is astonishingly positive and not remotely realistic or pragmatic it simply loses credibility. Not only does it not help the sp but it hinders it in my very humble opinion. Tha
Well it was a good solid debate today until the bell, shame. I presume flip top was aimed at me??
I think you'll find I have had big issues with Aminex in the past over the 2 share placements as I was very dissapointed with both. In fact when Jay took over and doubled the shares in issue I sold my entire holding and was lucky enough to buy them much cheaper helping me average down. I reassessed and loaded up around 0.79 which Im now very thankful for, even though most then told me Aminex was going bust. The latest fund raise also got my goat but was very small and backed by the opportunity for a much larger RBL type loan so it can be forgiven. The reason I'm so positive is Ive spent a huge amount of my time and effort researching this stock over the years and if you can't appreciate that then shame on you. The results have been so mouthwatering that it has kept me dedicated to the cause. The fact that Jay has a hair cut or buys some bad purple pants does not change this research and I don't feel the need to moan and gripe about it. We have moved slower than most would of liked, including me, but our goal is closing in now. If the fundementals change and I don't like what i see then I will sell up and move on, not stick around to deramp. So if I don't constantly berate the company I hold shares in, please forgive me, but the Tanzanian acreage is what this is all about for me.
Flip Top and Celtic Fart are the same posters. Never have a balanced view on AEX just ramp, ramp, ramp, maybe if they had been long term holders they could understand the frustration of long term investors.
