This share is now pretty much at a 3 year low. No support level, no gaps to close - nowt. Hugely disappointing. OK it's been a bad day all round with people taking profits and topping up ISA's n that but strewth this would try the patience of Job.

Many thanks for sharing the reply you received from Pierre Jungels :-)
Having been a very long term holder (predating my Oct 09 here on LSE), I continue to have every confidence in the BoD and their ability to make the right decisions along with the best intentions for both the company and their shareholders.

A reply from Pierre Jungles

Hi all. Some correspondence I received from PJ. Its interesting for all in Rock. It was in answer to some questions put to him. I think he knew this would be posted on the BB's....Make of it as you will.
Dear Mr. (Dezza T F etc etc),
thank you for your letter of the 28th of March.
I am sorry I am replying to you by e-mail, but I work from home without secretarial assistance.
Your knowledgeable person may have missed the announcement of an EGM which will ask all shareholders to vote on both the restructuring of our balance sheet to release distributable reserves but also for the authority to buy back once those reserves are available. Both are special resolutions requiring 75% positive votes.
You probably know that most Companies in the UK ask for Buy back authority every year at their AGM as a special resolution, though few actually implement a buy back since they have better use of their funds. It is however deemed a good thing to have that authority in place in case some event during the year make it the thing to do.
On the North Falkland basin, we agree that there is potential for further discoveries and extensions in our acreage and elsewhere and that using our funds for further exploration and appraisal drilling is likely to have great returns to our shareholders.
Regards
Pierre Jungels
