Agree with everything you say in that post SpikeyJ.
But to be fair, we could... just could... reach that 230 figure quite easily if DP case goes ahead or the Results disappoint or equity markets take a dive (Greeks bearing gifts). I certainly wouldn't put a dozen cases of Malbec or a million dollar Hat on it... ;)
But posting a rather precise figure of 87.xxxx% based on some woolly statement like 'technicals and fundamentals' clearly exposes Gidiot to some justifiable ridicule. He's wasting his time. None of us gonna shift the price, either way.
Please note this is only my personal opinion. DYOR and - before taking your decision - consult your local double glazing salesman, tailor, butcher and pub landlord authorised by the Department of Business.
Oh and, said with the benefit of about 100 litres of Malbec, if the offer is too high I'm happy to scope it to fit your range. But Dave (PA) in UK is briefed and good to go. Say £100k per P capped either way by 10p to say end March? A
Hey gids. I'm sat here in buenos aires and I'll wager £1m with you here and now that your absurd target doesn't happen. Let me know and I'll make arrangements to contact you and set up the deal. Genuine offer from here. A

Not sure whether to laugh or cry at that.
All. Friday tomorrow. Lot's of tempting short term profits sitting on people's books. If sp closes above 246 I'll be impressed. Certainly for the short term. Of course gaps still exist on the charts as I've previously posted. More obvious drivers may out weigh these in the immediate term but, study them or not, due to the automated and technical nature of a huge amount of trading these do have a habit if being filled. None of this will be of much interest/concern to true long term investors (I'm one) but is important to shorter term traders (I'm one).
So, will there be profit taking tomorrow or, will those anticipating further rises and therefore wanting to buy in hold sway?
Personally I very very rarely hold trades (other than long term stuff) over a w/e but, will probably open one (long) here at whatever the sp is moments before close.
i could have sworn it was more like 86.9888% from my analysis.
or maybe something else, i can't remember now.
lollllolololololll, hard to make up the pointless prediction nonsense on this board. really quite bizarre. i would understand it on a low mcap poor liquidity aim share, where posters might actually influence price briefly, but on barclays bb, given the capital flows, utterly pointless.
good resilient end to the week, i think, held gains above 246 well, no guarantees, plenty of troubles ahead, and me i expect the dark pool stuff to go ahead, unfortunately, but solid enough nonetheless.
