As mentioned before, I see this as a buying opportunity and I'm going to reduce my very high excess request which for sure would have not been filled anyway and use some cash to buy in the market. Malcy knows clearly more than I do in the O&G sector and I also like the fact that he quotes:'There was low permeability as expected after the first well'.

A bit (a lot) tongue in cheek,

but......any answers fully appreciated. Been thinking too much about this today, but it's good to understand other views.

This afternoon's essay topics are;

1. Today's weakness in the SOU share price is solely down to the N2 RNS. Discuss.

2. Had the N2 update RNS announcement been positive (flow testing results), the SOU share price would have been.....

I have just looked back over all the previous RNS publications for N1. They sounded a lot more optimistic than todays release, no mention of "but are however of relatively low permeability".

The question is crude............Do you carry on with the open offer for the warrants, cancel your order and buy on the open market or cancel and keep the cash.

Thanks for posting Ash. I said as much in my two 11 o'clock posts. The gas is there; Porosity wasn't good on N1 & James did say 'its not unusual'..........in this type of reservoir. There is 'scale'......58 metres of gas zones & Sound wil do all they need to to commercialize it. Just have to wait now.

RE:Acid wash?

That's it, if using coil tubing you can pump the acid at precise locations to avoid pumping into the easy flow perforations.

Acid wash?

Is this what it is?

Does our drill permit allow us to do that?

This is not a work over of the well,so they will not need to pull the completion and remove the casing. It could be an acid wash that is pumped from the surface or completed down hole by running in with coiled tubing.
