Pan African Energy Tanzania is not the only one not getting paid. See Wentworth Q4. "At Dec 31, 2014 ... The Mnazi Bay Concession partners were owed fifteen months of gas sales." TPDC receivables = $33.5 million Tanesco: $2.41 million Due to this they were forced to draw on a credit facility.
I would be delighted with 6-10p. Take a decent profit and move on. Dear knows if it will get as high as 10p. It's fun working out what it could/should be worth but unfortunately it doesn't always work out that way.
The Tanzanian election is scheduled for the middle of October. Just debating whether the contracts are likely to be before the election? possible. or after the election? possible. I suspect there is likely to be nothing soon. Just frustration and speculation. IMVHO. Gosh I hope I am wrong. Still, been holding for over 12 years now so a few more months or years is nothing.
