I am genuinely pleased for how this is going in the short term. I hate seeing people lose money. Hi comrade of we are related. On gambling is not the stock market gambling of a sort? Some ethical unit trusts will not touch banks because they do not know to whom they lend _ unless they are ethical like the co-op - sadly very badly run. Anyway I did say this bank is better than most and cannot complain having nearly trebled my money. I wish all my investments did half as well.

..the adr announcement was poorly managed by boi...the adrs can be held for a full year...the bank then has to notify the holder of alternatives - sell or convert to single stock..bkir is up 7% today...would have been in the mid 0.35 if it were not for this poorly planned announcement by boi...

I have a Scottish pedigree known to me because of my surname.

Maybe we are related.

Most of those countries that you name are where the Vikings originated and they caused awful trouble when they travelled.

Anyway son, have you any comment to make on BOI this is one of its better days ?

The Vikings? You may not approve of gambling companies but my best investment is one namely GVC. I detect a Puritan lurking in there somewhere. If it is lelgal it should continue. As for currencies fluctuating what has the euro been doing against the pound and dollar - staying static. Yes of course I suggest a return to individual currencies. Has not done the UA, Norway, Denmark and Sweden to name a few any harm!

I was referring to the time before your ancestors got to the Shetlands.

It is very hard to understand because there should be no gambling companies at all because all they bring is misery and broken lives.

As for getting rid of the euro are you suggesting that we go back to the currency fluctuations and schemeing that existed before the introduction of the Euro ?

My ancestors hail from the Shetlands. You do not seem to understand cherry picking. What I mean is that the eu should be a free marker for everything. France should not refuse to market UK mutual funds ; Germany should not refuse to have UK gambling companies just because they have their own state owned ones. That is what I meant. It am not sitting on the fence. I have made it quite clear that I want a successful EU hopefully in due course without the euro currency that has caused misery for many countries particularly the southern ones. How hard is that to understand?

I just glanced at the dropbox link someone put up. Mid February is one deadline, then April is another. I don't know the details Agritrader but am assuming most people don't watch this on a daily basis like some of us so if they get notification to sell they will probably just sell.
