Blue day
13 Feb '15
Expected today. Sellers and traders flushed out and looking like a new support level around 4p to build on. Block buyer still active and happy to accumulate.

Result not far away now. This could turn out to be a once in a lifetime opportunity!

any evidence that there suspension would be months, there just isn't any examples out there of this happening, it also against AIM rules.
Companies only really suspend for a few days at most to allow all the facts out for a major price changing event. Longer suspensions only really take place when the company is nolonger really a company I.e the board resigns, the company has no money, can't get its accounts in. But none of these apply to OXUS, it has quite a nice cash pile and has had no problems paying bills etc.

I do feel that this might now be the new support level. We tried to break 5 but failed. Nothing wrong being here but until RAB have completly sold out of their position this is how it is going to stay. Up to 2.4 hen retrace back 3.9 and back and forth. Hope out block buyer is still around when they finish then we can fly our blue flag

I fully believe that RS has done everything he can to reduce costs to virtually zero. Our registered office is now that of our broker and our main office is now a 70's office block next to a Chinese massage parlour rather than the small but very pleasant offices overlooking Berkley Square.

Having been frustrated by how long the whole process has taken, I don't think RS would be so stupid to end funding with Darwin if there was an unexpected delay in the arbitration result.

If anyone truly believes that the agreement was ended by Darwin and Oxus need the cash then this would be disclosable under AIM rules. RS cannot pretend that they have declined us credit, he must disclose that fact. RS has been an outstanding Chairman during this and has never B****ted PI once, he maybe could have given us more at times but I believe that he wants to be 100% squeaky clean. We had a contract with Darwin which has been ended by mutual consent. I fully believe that this was terminated to reduce the share dilution.

I agree Suspension (which I could be 4/5 months imo) makes not difference if you are long in this share I was referring to the large amount of traders that have flooded on here constantly going on about the sp they wont want to get locked in here on a win or lose basis they want p&d so there could be a big sell off here in the next couple of weeks I don't think we have enough money to continue active on AIM for months to come given the amount we have had to draw down on a monthly basis

Vlad, the other point which does suit your argument is, as I posted last week, a huge amount of similarities between the two cases.
