I feel like that sometimes. Amur Minerals announced some excellent mineral deposits, best results they'd ever had and their price dropped. It's all beyond me but presumably lower selling price of oranges = lower profit margin and I think that bumper winter harvest has somewhat flooded the market. But what do I know really, not a lot! Oh the world isn't flat, unless it's just my perspective.
Pursuant to the repurchase mandate granted to the Board at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 8 November 2011 (the "Repurchase Mandate"), the Company repurchased 372,000 of its own shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 14 March 2012, at the highest and lowest price of HK$5.65 (GBP0.4647) and HK$5.57 (GBP0.4582), respectively (the "Share Repurchase") for cancellation. The aggregate consideration for the Share Repurchase is HK$2,089,860 (GBP171,899) and was funded from internal resources of the Company.
