His post in December (and proves by his own words he is right 5% of the time)......
Most sensible post you have written mainly because you agreed with me :-), but you are right with the RNS today if the deal is doen on the terms previously disclosed the price will increase more due to expectations being lowered. The smallest word is the most significant, namely "if" . It has become a bigger gamble because there now 3 clear options instead of the 2 that were there before :
Option 1 : Negotiations break down, company closes , all is lost
Option 2 : Deal is done but on worse terms than originally agreed, less thena 20% of Tapia to SER and less money, most of which has already been advanced to keep them afloat. Result hardly anything left that can keep Sefton a sustainable company and it could also be that the newly negotiated deal will include taking Sefton off the market with nothing or hardly anything for the shareholders
OPtion 3: Deal is done on the terms previously announced. As I have said before this is not a deal in my view that gives any long term future but initially it means survival and therefore the price will go up not in my views anywhere near 0.50 as you say or 0.80-1p as SIFC and others have said but maybe 0.15 -0.25, cant really see it any higher
If I was to estimate the chances I would say60% option 1 35% option 2 (depending on how far Sefton is willing to bend) and 5% option 3. Those are the odds but please do your own research not like the P&Ds that joined to day's rush and openly admitted they bought before they did any research
Thanks very much. I am exactly as important as every other poster here, but more right than most. I am fully in my right to post here which I will do if there is news and have done for 6 years. I know these guys so well. Last night everybody was screaming about the rise today building up to the big news. We ended up neutral, our spikes get smaller and smaller. Nobody bothers looking at facts. The company after having sold it's only asset has no cash and production so no income and still people keep saying it is worth 2,3,5 or 10 times the SP. Now we get the truth, look at the RNS, there is no cash and the only way they could get 80.000 to keep alive for who knows how long was to sell shares at 30% of the present SP 0.05. If you are such a smarta.. yourself then try giving an opinion instead of just commenting on one of the only posters who actually understands this company. it would be nice if you actually accepted that I am not the one speaking bull (Pun intended). How many people bought in here today and will now again be stuck in a share that never performs and a company which is dormant? sounds like you take pleasure from that. Sorry for the rant but honestly just for once speak some sense instead of the incessant ramping of a share that sadly cant be ramped anymore.
Rant over, everybody have a happy weekend, probably wont be bothered to say any more, nothing more to be said at this stage.
