Unanswered questions. The mysteries of SLE. by tucanoil
Tue, 05 May 2015 12:54:00 GMT

You are right: I am really angry with SLE. But you have to consider whether my questions are absurd or not. This is the core.

There is no one who wonders why we have to pay all these costs unproductive?
We have 10 licenses in France (fracking banned, right?), 10 in Spain, there is Romania, Albania, we still have an Italian open... The only explanation is that the Board has forgot these assets. We have this assets live, as website?

Why no one asks for explanations and costs of Turkey? Alpay was just a fairy tale for the AGM 2013? After a year everything is dead?
And when we went into Iraq? Nobody remembers?
Here we are traders, we are interested in the future. Right?
And all the noise for Albania? How much cost us this Albania? As we earned from Italy, Germany, Spain? And France? What do we need the presence in France? For good relations when the Chairman goes on vacation?

26m pounds in October 2013, 5 million in September 2013: have a lot of money. We have done Dilution for this cash. But the price today is 1,20p. And 59mln? All-in for Poland? I understand because last trade 1.3p.

You have tried to find news of our assets? Poland ok, we're going really strong ....; Morocco ok, you see only costs but is not important; Albania top, but all other costs we know that Albania is crucial....
You know that I could not find any, I say zero, news for other Assets years and years? Try it! On the our website.

I read so many famous names such as Blackrock, Soros, Toscafund, Macquarie, Barclays, Fox Davies ... But have you forgotten everything?
But finnCap says nothing about this unproductive costs?

The question remains the same: Why do we have all these satellite companies abroad that do not produce anything and are just heavy costs for shareholders?
What are all these Companies open? We need to optimize tax costs? We need to share costs around Europe? Why?
Because nobody asks questions to the Board?
The Company does not want to answer these questions?
I will also ask to american shareholders. And brokers.

Yes, it's true: I am very angry with SLE.
But you have to consider whether my questions are absurd or not.
This is the core.

A person who is very familiar Oisin Fanning told me many stories about this Chairman. For example, he told me that his friends call him "BigO". I thought that was either the exploration hole, the big hole. No; this friend told me that the Big is Big, but that O is for the financial holes.
I'm sure: all lies. I am sure that all the rumors about this Chairman are fake.
Jokes , comics, bullsh**t; but they make you think if You are on 1.3p from 36p.
I hope not to have these "friends".

Yes, it's true: I am very angry with SLE.
But you have to consider whether my questions are absurd or not.
This is the core.

Barryroe to cost $1.0 billion to develop, says WoodMac....
WoodMackenzie says the Barryroe oil discovery in the North Celtic Sea,offshore Ireland could be developed for $1.0 billion and be on stream by 2019.
Cost estimates are based on Providence Resources’ (80%) WI, operator) proposed first phase development plan that consists of tying back six wells to a leased FPSO.
This would produce up to 28,000 bopd by 2019 while a second phase would eventually lift production to 100,000 bopd.
Barryroe lies directly below Seven Heads gas field in SEL 1/11 & LO 12/4, 50 km south of the Irish coast and was
discovered in 1973 by Esso when well 48/24-1 tested oil from Middle Wealdon sands. Initially considered too hard
to develop due to the oil’s high wax content and difficult geology, subsequent appraisal work carried out by Providence
in 2012 led it to conclude that a 3,300-ft horizontal well could deliver over 12,000 bopd and 388 MMcfd.

As the field hasn't been fully appraised and therefore the development plan hasn't been approved by the Irish regulator, I doubt if they will get much from the sale,

Pvr sp up 8.5% suggests that the speculation surrounding the imminent barryroe fo has some foundation in reality. We shall see. Even sids very conservative estimation of our npi value is equivalent to 30% rise in our current sp. derampers getting desperate

What did I post on the Bank Holiday? Nothing at all. But if you mean the weekend in general, then you are still wrong......

Linksdean wins the overtime prize ( as usual ) he had 100% more posts than me!

So halfwait wins nothing this time.

But;

Halfwait = Number of Share Chat Posts (all time): 2,982
Linksdean = Number of Share Chat Posts (all time): 2,760
Sid = Number of Share Chat Posts (all time): 413

You do far more overtime than me it seems! Even more than Linksdean, and that's saying something! lol

PS. Halfwait, can I come to your Three Thousand Posts Party please. Wont be long, only 18 to go. lol.

The fact that Sequa has only been forwarded $75M is irrelevant. The rest of the money is on its way and Sequa will not be required to make immediate payment for any farm in or takeover deals anyway. I'm still expecting a TO of LOGP and farm in to PVR. No need for SLE to monetize it's interest yet.

Barryroe needs 1 or 2 appraisal wells drilled before the field development plan can be finalised, maybe best to wait to see if Barryroe is going to be developed before discussing what a profit sharing agreement can be sold for, because without a field development plan it's not worth discussing.

Just to be clear here, you gave a price (value to SLE) agreeing with Mr fannings that he stated, which I interpreted as him putting it in writing as it was in the Proactive Investors information hand out of 21st August 2014, a value of $261.There is also, I believe as is usual at such events, an audio recording of this meeting by Proactive Investors.
