looks like a bad translation, the website still shows the stake in Ophir but they announced they were selling.

http://kulczykinvestments.com/project/89

lots of interests in Poland maybe they want the Rawicz gas, only 166 BOED but should grow when they appraise the field.

perhaps he may buy SLE, would still leave him plenty of cash from the sale of the Ophir stake to develop the assets.

Nothing is ever straight forward with SLE. The contract for Siekierki tight gas project was awarded through 90% owned subsdiary Energia Zachod sp Zoo......Arbitration was applied for by Avabone in April 013
BUT just look at that date fort first gas sales......So its been in arbitration for 2 years and 1st gas sales were promised 4 years ago and were hanging on for a RNS which is already 2m late.......Must just add, funny how many see JB as the returning hero we should remember he doesn't give 2 figs for SLE he is now a PNR man. Also funny how he is now just one of three ex sle directors who are now CEO of other oil company's its like they've all realised what a good number it is.

Kulczyk sold the shares Ophir

"After the sale Ophir Energy, Kulczyk Investments is currently no interest in Neconde Energy (mines crude oil in the Niger Delta), Serinus Energy (acquiring oil and gas fields in Ukraine and Tunisia), San Leon Energy (looking for oil and gas, among others, in Poland) and Loon Energy Corporation (conducts exploration in Colombia and Peru)."

Aurelian, is delighted to announce that it has awarded an EPCM contract for the appraisal phase of its Siekierki tight gas project in Poland to the Warsaw office of ILF Consulting Engineers ("ILF"). The contract was awarded through Aurelian's 90% owned Polish subsidiary Energia Zachód Sp. Z o.o. ("Energia Zachód" or "EZ"), which holds and is operator of the Exploration licence. The EPCM contract covers 3 flowlines, a 'Pilot' Central Production Facility to treat the gas to sales quality, an export line with pressure reduction and metering station and tie-in to the high pressure gas network. The facility will be designed to produce and treat up to 11MMscf/d during the initial Pilot phase with these facilities being upgraded during full field development to a processing capacity of up to 106 MMscf/d. First gas sales should commence in the second half of 2011.

2p or not 2p that is the question, I also read that some people still think the world is flat otherwise the people who live in Australia would fall off. I will ponder which post is more likely.
