The difference is 'closeology' - if this was Namibia (which still has opportunity) then we would be crushing back to £3. The market is slowly waking up to the largest gas discovery in west Africa nearby our #mauritania acreage. Given the Senegal oil finds which cairn claim to be potentially the largest funds in west Africa - and sharing the same geology as chariots you can see why this is getting scrutinised. I think farming out will now be very easy - depends on how much Larry wants ... Keep accumulating on any dips IMO
CHAR loves a Friday... I hope so, a similar rise tomorrow would be lovely. It may be a little early for a farm out in Mauritania yet IMO but you never know - if I was a super major I would want to farm in now than to wait for the full results of the Kosmos drill.
