I've done as TIE recommended. Bought some at 66. If they go lower, will buy again at 63 and then 60 if that's how it plays out.

To be really successful. you have to get it right both ends - sell high buy low. I have missed out in the past waiting for elusive lows. I've learn't not to be too greedy.

GL all.

Also bought KGF, XTA, and BP.

If the States is on the brink of a double dip then the DOW is not reflecting this. It did hit 9.940k, but is now back over 10k. FTSE is following - low of 5.08 is now back over 5.1. Funny old financial world at the mo.

Question
25 Aug '10

I still hold stock in this share. On radio 4 this morning it mentioned that America was starting to experiance the predicted double dip, which bothers me a little.

Can this have a knock on effect here and of course the Stock Market?

Any thoughts on this anyone

Buddy, if I was right all of the time I would be typing this from a hammock on my estate in the Caribbean, rather than from behind a desk in Southampton :)) But it makes sense in so much as it defied the odds going up and 'outperformed' expectations (of some) and the Tale of the Charts. I can consequently see it crashing back through apparent support lines, as this share price currently has no visible means of support. Not the word of a Master, just someone trying to read the seaweed alongside the charts at which I am a beginner. :)) Good luck, pal. And same to all of you.

"I can see this entering the 50s quite easily and shall not start buying in blocks until 62.5 at the very earliest. Indeed, if it reaches there quickly, I will hold off even longer."

I think you're right my friend. wait until Friday, revised US figures = hello the beautiful south

Seems a very low price to wait for ??????

Does anybody else think that the SP may go into the 50's ?

I was planning to buy back in when it reaches the low 60's. May need to rethink this one?

Where to buy
25 Aug '10

Where to 'get back in' for those who sold around the Results is the problem taxing my mind now. I have learned so much about Charts reading what some of you guys have said, it is difficult not to see beyond the support lines on this share.

However, we must bear in mind that this share run further and longer than any of the charts predicted on its way to 75p or so, and I can see it going lower than than current support suggests.

This is due almost entirely to the fact that 40% of the shares still sit in George Osborne's bottom drawer. Most of what is not due to that is due to possible legislation being introduced concerning banks. The lack of Dividend accounts for the rest.

This share is vulnerable to any slight breeze of opinion and there is a cold wind from the north taking it south right now.

I can see this entering the 50s quite easily and shall not start buying in blocks until 62.5 at the very earliest. Indeed, if it reaches there quickly, I will hold off even longer. All IMHO. GLA.

Difficult one?

Not sure where BP will go, I think LBG is easier to work out (he says!!!). But you need to make the decision a lot of shares looking cheap at the moment but todays SP could look expensive on Friday or the SP today could look like the bargain of the century come Tuesday 08:02?

The only advise I might give is you dont have to buy all at once you can drip feed in give that some consideration??
