SGH is growing in a more transparent way. Quindell grew stratospherically in a rather opaque manner. Too many deals not at arms length.

That's why SGH has a much higher PE than one might expect on average, I suspect.

TT you are absolutely right the website has been updated. Based on your observations you believe it was PI's buying these up, that's circa 42million shares over the last few weeks? 42m x 0.70p avge = £31.5m wow

terrible, you're saying private investors bought the shares the funds sold but theres a couple of people that say 100% that it is impossible due to the numbers involved.

I'm just interested, not necesarily from you btw as to what sort of entity or individual has "mopped em up" .

you still saying private investors bought all these millions of shares?

Some of us would like to know a little more about you and your apparent psychic powers. Can you help?

You see, I've noticed...well...a series of remarkable coincidences with regard to the timing of your visits (here and elsewhere too) and certain other rumours and riddles being disseminated elsewhere.......and also certain other events.....but I'm sure it's just my mistake and/or coincidence, right?

if PwC is still studying the Legal accounting policies then the possibility is that there might have been some over optimism in the receivables numbers in the 2013 and H1 2014 numbers.

QPP, because they are so large, should effectively achieve the mean return on their purchased case load . So the QPP estimation of forward revenue should be close to the reality. PwC, on the other hand, will want to take the most ultra cautious line on this valuation (they are accountants after all!) . I am sure that there will be some strong 'conversations' going on between the board and PwC over this.

I think it is a brilliant RNS. Keeps most of the cards in QPP hands unplayed. Predators will be able to see past fluff, but if it was me then I would want to chip away at the CT bill if there is a deal in the offing.
