@Baghdaddy: please.....I COMPLETELY understand your pain. But you still appear not to be separating two very different things:-

1. FACT-based & due diligence: here is the August trading update with all the financial results which have been re-posted a zillion times: http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=QPP&ArticleCode=ajqy0y29&ArticleHeadline=Trading_Update To me, this indicates a BoD which is focused on delivering exceptional results which will in turn bring about a recovery of the share price.

2. Un-foreseeable events: the GCR attack was beyond our collective control. Don't whip yourself for that.....

Have you joined QPPSAG?

Baghdaddy - there's nothing the BoD can tell you that they haven't already said.

Q3 will be as they've forecasted but the BoD cannot control the SP, that's down to the market but they can't keep it down at these silly levels forever. The BoD have a plan which they are (rightly) sticking with and which has been approved by the big II shareholders.

I'm over 50% down so I share all your concerns but I still topped up this morning because I KNOW the business is ROCK SOLID. If you want to see supporting evidence of this, join the Shareholders Action Group for more information.

Daveycarferacer.
Q. Have the Company's fundamentals got better or worse?
A. Better (in what way? just lost RAC as a partner, what is changed?)
Q. Are they generating CASH
A. Yes (prove it! no verified accounts only hearsay)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fundamentals in terms Of CASH are better

Prove Cash? Why does evertyone assume they are lying. They will prove it with FY13 audited accounts and a massive hike in the dividend.

Once they have proven the model and the cash mountain continues to climb will there be a re-rating? YES, becasue at today's price by the end of the year the Company will be valued at much less than its assets. Within 2 years the Conmpany will be valued at less than its cash balance which is not possible.

I'm not sure what people are actually expecting the BOD to do?

Every time they release an RNS the trolls on here pick it to bits and TW@ calls it lies on his blog, so what would you actually accept as a suitable form of "reassurance"?

alexis I did as far back as where you said you were a disappointed investor, so trying to make sense of your silly comment about the share being in terminal decline from which I think it was reasonable to assume you have already sold out or were forced out. I await your dignified response...............to what I thought was a resonable question based on your very frightning comment.

If you are a regular poster on this board then you will now that I am not, my frustration today I am sure is felt by many and its good to get some influx on different people perspective.

Grumpy Scouser,
Did I do my due diligence? obviously not otherwise I would not have such a huge loss right now.
Did I trust QPP at the time of investment? obviously yes otherwise I would not have invested.
Do I trust them now? give me a reason to do so! what's changed other than no reassurance from them.

Daveycarferacer.

A. Yes (prove it! no verified accounts only hearsay)

As I have said many times, I am still a shareholder with just over an initial investment of over £100,000 now worth less than £30,000, what can the board of QPP say to me that can give me the reassurance that to sell would not be the right thing to do right now?

Not a peep

The Company and/or BOD have no control over the share price.

I was happy with the company when I first invested (when they actually did own a golf course still! lol) and that company has surely grown ten fold since then in almost every way.

The companies performance is everything I could possible want, plus more.

Sadly the share price is not even close to reflecting the true value of the company, so all I can do is wait patiently for the shorters to get sick of stripping them impatient of their investments

Interested to see how the progressive dividend policy goes, it would be nice to see more of an income from this share (As I have no doubt will be happening in future dividend payments)
