We need somebody new

Do we need somebody new - a completely new BoD and a new PR/Communications consultant? Has this been jobs for the boys all these years? IMO it has been a disgrace!

Please ring them yourself to find out .. anything I have posted has been in good faith if any of it is wrong then I was only trying to be helpful .... My understanding is that Cyrus want money back and have moved to protect there interests .. some sort of complication regarding the Greenland election/ dissolved parliament has not helped Cyrus. Nick was taken by surprise by the Cyrus move and is putting forward ideas to move it all forward ...but its new territory for him also... To be clear the original winding up order threat was from the tax authorities in Greenland over pay roll tax holiday pay etc a demand was made and only a day to pay it....... that has now been resolved and paid...

What about communications?
1 Mar '13
Never really thought much about this before but don't we repeatedly see Bishopsgate Communications Limited at the end of every RNS, certainly this last one. Checking their website I found the following:
Nick Rome
Managing Director
Nick started his career as a financial journalist spending some eight years working for a variety of publications. Having laid the foundations for his career at Money Marketing and What Investment, Nick spent five years as a small cap specialist writer at the Investors Chronicle.
He has strong analytical and research capabilities having followed sector and market trends and brings in–depth knowledge of hundreds of quoted stocks. At Bishopsgate Nick has grown its natural resources franchise to one of the leading PR offerings in this field. He has worked on a number of IPOs, dual listings and acquisitions and has assembled a strong team to grow this offering.
Well I have to say I am bemused or amused - can't decide which because I don't recall any PR IRO of Angel. So what about communications?

Technically that says....

Angel Mining appointed the Administrator not the preferred creditor as Tony was led to believe.
So is this a Cyrus led administration or not remains officially unanswered?
Postcards to Cork Gully! - his first remit for hope is to explore company as going concern? If not Cyrus led that hope is better placed for Nick to put a plan in place.
Tony - please confirm if you are sure that Nick said Cyrus were behind the administration i.e. they drove the appointment rather than the cause? Thanks.
