Recent transfer of patent ownership as reported at the hearing, but not so publicly, is certainly well under market value, probably reversible and prosecutable too with the right funding and legal team behind the claim, but Riches needs taking out of any influence if this is to succeed as he can't be trusted.

Thank you for the update. Are you referring to the transfer of the patent from ITS to the two dormant subsidiaries just before the ITS subsidiary was wound up or a subsequent patent transfer attempt (perhaps moving the dormant subsidiaries out of the PLC Group)? Also, do you have any adjournment dates?

Waiting for confirmation. It seems WGP is finished pending liquidator being nominated & serious questions asked about current patent ownership, but subject to confirmation.
