Most posters here know the score, are well researched and a collected confidence rules the board. There is a price to pay for the madness of fashion, look at those shares and read the crap posted based on dreams and bullcrap!

This week brought good news in that funds are available for Morocco, it is here that we need to focus our main attention, we have customers coming on line soon, with more to come, at great returns. Finding the gas to supply those demands must be our chief focus, we have state support, financial backing and good potentials, success here funds South Disouq development at a suitable pace. Filling the pipe (24mmcfd) gives $65m pa, compressing it (40mmcfd) over $100m pa, those figures require just 45b/73b cu ft, for 5 year terms, demand is said to exceed those capacities at 52mmcfd. Morocco is key because of those figures, also there is a time factor involved in that these customers need supply as they come online, so our focus must be finding that supply. It also helps having no partners other than a very keen Ministry.

South Disouq requires money, research and patience, yes it has great potentials to offer, huge volumes may be sitting within our licence, but the best way to exploit those volumes is by slowly expanding our reach, developing each neighbouring find methodically using our funds and expertise precisely to pinpoint targets that increase returns, it may take years to achieve the same cashflow that Morocco offers, but combined they should exceed expectations.

We have great backers who seem to want to stay the course, fantastic potentials and superb management, no reason why interest should not increase, and with it volumes, the sp and posters, time will tell, but I predict even more success in the next 26 months than in the last, it all depends on how you like your eggs! Good article Chisel, thanks. When we bring the discoveries on-stream, doubling production, our cashflow will poosibly more than double, gven the huge margins in Morocco. I'm surprised we're not rerating already, in anticipation, but it will come. Even then, with further drilling next year, and going after oil in South Disouq and liquids in Lalla M, I'm not really planning on selling my SDX holding for quite some time.

.... another silent weekend on the SDX board (at least, it was until I spoiled it). SDX pl's are not a chatty or excitable lot - and that's probably a good thing if you compare some of the school yard name calling that goes on on many other boards.

Even so, I do occasionally find it surprising that a company with such exciting prospects and at such a crucial stage of its development doesn't attract more comment, speculation, analysis and downright blue sky hypothesising from its investors.

Of particular interest to many might be: What, given all the good news which hasn't moved the sp much, will the catalyst for the next rerate be? The quick rise from mid 40s to mid 60s in April coincided with the discoveries at Ibn Yunus and LNB1. Could the result at SD3X, giving a good idea of what we have at South Disouq, be a catalyst, or do we need to wait for the GSA to give a clearer picture of how we can monetise our discoveries? Or again, will the half year figures, due next month, be accompanied by significant resource upgrades which could trigger a rerate?

One thing is already clear - those who comment on the sp believe it should be a LOT higher:
Malcy - "undervalued", "cheap as chips"
Progressive (UK) - RENAV 115
Joseph Schacter (Canada) - $2 by year end; $5 medium term
Paul Welch (CEO!) - RENAV 146

Here's to one or all of them being right!

A little bit more about how EBRD are pleased to be helping SDX Energy bring gas to customers in the Kenitra region of Morocco.

Would it really be necessary after the previous RNS - how much do RNSs cost the company?

This morning's research note os cheering, thorough and realistic, though I see SDX are clients of the company. They don't attach any timescales to the target price (PW reckons we're worth more than a quid already). Are we meant to assume it's a short term target or one that might be reached after the 2019 drill campaign??

My thoughts too....I'd have still expected a follow up RNS to confirm that the expected signing did indeed take place

That SDX signed the facility agreement yesterday with the EBRD? I thought we might get an RNS this morning or do we just presume that in the absence of one, the signing went ahead. I'd have thought it would be more usual NOT to RNS the intention to sign but to issue a RNS once the agreement has been signed yet SDX appear to have done it the other way round. It's a topsy turvy world!....;)

Big Share Sale
Wed 20:32
This morning at 8.21am a large share sale went through for 250,000 shares.
The shares were sold at 59p just as the SP was moving up in sympathy with last nights TSX close up 10%.
The sale seemed to kill the market in SDX shares dead.
Indeed soon after the SP returned to under 60p and eventually finished with small valume where it started the day.
Who would sell such a chunk of shares at such a low price when the Canadian market was suggesting that the SP was going to rise? Conspiracy theorists would have a ball with this one!! What the hell is going on here?

It's almost amusing, that a comany can produce such a torrent of good news, with so little reaction from the market. It certainly feels like a rerun of last summer, although thankfully with a higher base, around 30% higher. but we're clearly undervalued, given what we have.
