I’ve seen nitrogen hoses, I’ve seen pipe from steel going to manifolds with safety valves, isolations valves, relief valves fitted. Never seen plastic pipe.

Who said in his 19.44 post “I am 100% convinced that D14 is wrong, he has miss-judged RP and the management team and soon we will hear some extraordinary news from RP that will put your mind at rest and final D14 to rest once and for all.“

Another one on “red faced” posters

Clearly in hindsight they completely timed it wrong. Chris Lynas is a personal investor and why and when he invested was up to him.

I have been perfectly clear of my view and those that were interested could see my views over the last 6 months on twitter by looking at #HNR whether they follow me or not.

With regard to the oil analyst Gaurav Sharma, I just cannot understand what he was thinking of. However, they do not seem to do as much research as required and look into the company further. I feel he was pulled in via the presentations to institutional investors that HNR have presented. But investors here do not remember that 99% of institutional investors are not interested until the MCap is £100m.

May be he thought personally he would get in before the crowd and before the MCap hit £100m and show what a good analyst he is. Trouble is, it may well backfire

One last point and question to D14, thank you for extending your views on our choice of investments, whether that be those on a short or long term basis. Therefore, please can you explain your thinking regarding the holdings of Guarav Sharma & Chris Lynas, and whether you class them as numpties also?

mr beekeeper, you certanly have a way with words, and your posts today have reminded me that like i mentioned earlier, the sp will fluctuate, and quite dramatically in some instances, but the fundamentals still remain, and so rewards for those patient enough will suffice eventually.
so, sitting tight my end, and watching,, listening, reading, learning.......thanks for your posts / input...and i look fwd to investing part 5...the demise of d14 :) your informative posts are exactly what newbies should be reading, not the claptrap of those using tealeaves to predict our demise.

Placing coming lower
Wed 22:10
Just feel that the 29.5m shares the company have the authority to authoritise may not be enough.

Placing I suspect will be between 8p - 10p generating gross profit between £2.36m and £2.95m. The nett figure will be between £2.16 and £2.7m based on a cost of 8.5%.

Feel the bank balance will be empty at the year end and need more money to progress the Kansas Project. The partner will not provide all the costs in my view and so HNR might have to provide funds to get this moving.

On top of this, even if ED supply funds at the end of January, these funds will probably just cover the administrative expenses for just the first month and the working capital will have to cover the rest every month following. The timing of the Kansas Project and the deal they agree is of the utmost importance - if this is poor, then HNR will continue to struggle.

So is the money enough? My view is NO. So they may do the same as last year and agree a deal regarding Kansas with their strategic partner and want between £3m - £5m nett. If this case, it will required a further EGM which I would not be surprised with. Time will tell

All a bunch of numpties in my view and someone happy to hold at 12.6p even if 2p coming. Baffling - best get back to dividends payments in my view - may get them here in a few years time 🤣

Still looking forward to seeing a few red faces even though there will probably be many thinking I have been talking rubbish for the last 6 months - just tickles me

I just feel sorry for those that have listened to the rampers over this time and losing money and feel stuck in due to the rampers that post on here and purely looking at individual projects and not looking at the company overall. If they had, they would have the same view as me and not mislead the less knowledgeable or less researched.

Still, at least you know who not to follow next time

you clearly think a lot of yourself.

yes, nowt gets past you does it...i did not sell. quite obvious why, as explained earlier, but YOUR OWN brown tinted specs stop you from understanding. you must be a total control freak in your own bedroom, its your way or nothing.
must be great being perfect, shall let you know when i ever meet someone who is.

everybody is paid up here to invest....except you...and entitled to their own opinions as to whether they think the company is worth investing in or selling up, WHENEVER it suits them. so leaving their investment in the compay LONG term is not ramping. got that ?? not ramping.

and whilst im here....tbh, i couldnt really care if sp dropped to 2p...if the fundamentals remained the same. when i bought in it was after extensive checks on company possibilities, good and bad. NOTHING HAS CHAGED....except for helium, dtu, etc etc.........but YOU would call that ramping !!!

yes, im also positive a lot of shareholders will be mighty p**d off at this sp and a single digit sp, lots have different strategies obv. but me, i really dont give a flying hoot re the sp. so in conclusion, do one.

RBK,

I would be surprised if D14 doesn't provide a response later this evening close to 11pm. He usually also likes to be the last poster in the evening. Effectively spreading his gospel over two days in his pursuit of shares, it's his mantra in life, you know...."Buy One Get One Free". How I wish he would take his own advice and BOGOF.

And as this years "Most Boring Long Post" competition finally reaches a climax......

There are clearly only 3 contenders for the trophy now......HopefulDave has been leading the way all year, but recently Diane Scuttlebutt has been hot on his heels boring the world to death but what's this coming up the rear........Its Beekeeper...Part 9.....

It's a tight one.

It is also very clear that bearing in mind the LTHs are working together to try and possibly convince the BODs to communicate better, it is not looking good for new investors as current investors are not very happy at all.

D14 - you really are a sad little man, you are not privy to the discussion of the group, yet you still try to find a way to belittle the efforts of decent people just trying to do their best.

Yep - and if you bought at 79p at the high you would have £15,823, a loss of 84% - so I do not understand your point?

I was a long term investor here until RP changed his views at the 2016 AGM that ED would always be non dilutive or HNR could not afford to be able to afford to proceed with this project. Clearly, during July 2017 he was unable to follow his desires - hence HNR had no more money to proceed with more than 2 wells and so had no choice but to sell out. The company new this in 2016 and at the end of the day did quite well with it overall.

But now they need a further revenue iminenently - still waiting though - but with Nitrogen project in advanced discussions to commercialise it, I am waiting for the funding to cover this with the strategic JV partner. Not long now though in my opinion.

Your post was completely pointless RKB

.......D14 you're boring me now, you've obviously got way too much time on your hands. So I'm thinking of selling out just so I don't have to frequent this BB and listen to you anymore! Cue, D14 rubbing his hands with glee, saying........."another one bites the dust, there might be another 150k - 250k shares on the market soon in order to drive the price down.....then I'll swoop and nobody would be any the wiser. Whilst I talk about current cash flow they just don't understand that funding can be obtained via alternative sources based on the prospects & assets, and the new year is only 7 weeks away regarding those free carried delayed wells. It's going to be a good Christmas in the D14 House this year.".....small pinky finger to the mouth.

Investing Part 5

I was asked (By the BoD) what the opposite would be if you bought each share at the bottom and sold at the high.

Well investing £100K at £1,000 in each of the top 100 companies at their lowest point would be worth £142,682. This is a paper profit of 42.68%

But (D14 will not like this surely and I expect this Post elicit a response as he can’t abide his Post not being the first one on our B.B.) if you had invested £100,000 in HNR at £0.126 would have 793,651 shares which would have a value of £263,889 at £0.3325. This is a paper profit of 263.89%

You must do - been obvious since April, confirmed on 24th July and at the AGM - and you didn’t sell? Never mind eh!!

JJAL - the rampers do not keep buying for 2 reasons - they cannot afford to put too much in one share or totally all in one share, believe a placing is coming, or single figures are due but hoping a rabbit is pulled out of the hat in due course.

I know a month or so ago you thought my view may be correct but since, moved back away from it. But at the end of the day, why buy in now when it is clear single figure are on their way.

I saw a chart by a reasonable chartist a few weeks back showing the potential of 6p but I think the 8s is a reasonable low buy figure from here.

Makes me laugh though how when I said 17.3p many laughed. Due to continuing failures, I moved it to 14p and all laughed. Then I moved it to 10-12p placing in August and again all laughed. Now I am predicting single figures as the BODs continue to fail within the money constraints and still all laughing.

There may be only me with this view but who will be laughing last?

Diamond with 13000 posts basically trolling people in each, it's impressive, must consume a lot of time.

If I knew as much as him, I'd keep quiet, don't want everyone getting wind of my investment tactics. A clock is right twice a day. 14p, 12p, single figures. Looking forward to when he puts his "trade" in, 17p, 19p, 21p. Hypocrite.

Again I’m a long term holder, what I don’t get is why aren’t we seeing all the buys coming in from all you Rampers ? It’s at a year low. A spades a spade at the back of our minds we also believe this can fall even further. RP has lost all the trust. Simple . I’ve been buying over the past weeks not any more, I also believe it’s going to drop further. On the other hand I’m not selling at a loss.
