Yes mate the trades on jse were higher than normal but do not read too much in to it as a lot were (AT) trades and it was the last one that took it up 50% i have seen this before with AT trades as it is used to hide what’s really going on. My concerns here are what can they do with current gold price can they make a profit? How do much money do they need to make a profit at the current price? How do they raise it with their past history? And at what cost to current holders?

Hi fella, I did notice earlier that the JSE was up on 1,400,000 or so trades, which is more than usual for them.
Gold creeping up some, as of 21:45 gold is basically $1394.00, lets see it go to a price that helps us out for the next 6 months.ATB

I see the fairies have landed again, they have singled you out to tell their stories of mythical happenings, evil spirits and all about magic mushrooms. What I would say to you is, when you write something for this BB after being on one of those trips, make sure you answer the question or questions put to you, don't just wander off again on another tangent.
You leap from one thing to another, it's as if your brain gets over loaded and confused, try to put something in an order so we could respond in a way that makes sense.
Go have another smoke and tell us what you see

Ancestor’s Rights

Alexkor Limited v The Richtersveld Community

http://www.atns.net.au/agreement.asp?EntityID=3895

The Court upheld the finding that prior to annexation the Community held their land on a communal basis, had the right of exclusive possession and could fine others for trespass. In addition, the Court found that in regards to minerals, 'the undisputed evidence shows a history of prospecting in minerals by the Community and conduct that is consistent only with ownership of the minerals being vested in the Community' (para 60). This history included mining, smelting and using copper and iron. The Court rejected the contention made by Alexkor that the Community's land became property of the Crown at annexation, stating that while the British Crown obtained sovereignty over the land at annexation, it made no attempt to disturb the existing property rights with that acquisition. Thus the Court found that the Community continued to hold title up to 19 June 1913.
