I don't blame you mate, still quite active with a few punts here and there but after recent additions mwana far and away my biggest spec. Glad the rentals are going well and doing the maintenance etc yourself will pay good dividends plus helps you keep an eye on things. The boom hasn't arrived down our way but interest is steady so not complaining too much. Interest rates seem to want to stay down but inevitably they'll go up at some point do best to not over-extend bud. Hope all okay with you sage, catch up soon guys.
I struggle to be optimistic with mwa having loads at an average of 4p!!!!! I'm not averaging down again, end of……… not bought anything for a long time, just sitting on what I've got. nice clear day today. at least the btl purchases seem to have been reasonably timed. mind you the inevitable interest rate rise will cause the market to catch a cold again. 18 months away maybe???
Well I hope so too mate as I've gone in heavy as in 2009!! Also consolidated a few tiddlers into nostra terrible, sefton fogl, helphire and yet more range res on the thinking that I add every time they drop a penny so....!!! I've no idea why they've dropped so much but I can't resist a bargain, ever hopeful and all that! Bankster, where do we find these shares?! Look interesting but probably going to pass as I'm currently adding to stuff I know but good luck with them mate.
take a look at naibu (nbu) cheap as chips (or whatever the equivalent is in China). Sage you will like few shares in issue and now a seller seems to have gone the price is being squeezed. James it is also has a great divvy payout. I opted for the scrip shares last month and it pays out again in Dec - 6p in total so around 7% yield. For ppl into charts it seems to be on a breakout too. It floated 18 months ago at 124p and now seems to be in recovery mode back to those levels .... all the best
Well your mwana purchase should be alright.I hope so because I`m trying to accumulate some more.Remember in 2008...They are cheaper now and they have increased their assets...more shares of course but even the diamond mine is back working..Just need that nickel price to pick up.Even so the income flow is making the mkt cap look silly.Thats small caps for you.Have a good day!
I know what you mean,it pained me recently to buyback a few SSE for more than I sold the last lot for but everything changes and I think you once reminded me its about buying if you think they're going north irrespective of what they once were! NG is about the only share I haven't buggered around with and is consistently the biggest profit although resolution is catching up. Knocked out STOB today on a rise earlier and bought a few barcs and even more mwana! I don't think I've ever had so many mwana at one time gulp!!! On the fun element I think you're spot on by the way.
Ok, just been looking at numerous big comps I used to have, most have done really well. CPG REX TW. BVS PSM MGGT CWK PDG ABF PFD NG. SSE TCG RR. etc etc could go on and on. Wonder if I would have made more holding instead of jumping in and out, had a lot of fun though. LOL
