Well worth a close read-

Page 16: Not long now......
Page 26: Quad 9 Heavy Oil, Q3 High Significance, In Progress.

Soon find out if this statement is correct-
During the latter half of the year, we successfully completed a technical review of the first phase of the Bentley field development with the Oil & Gas Authority ("OGA"), to ensure that aspects of the plan meet OGA's policy objectives to maximise the economic benefit to the UK of its oil and gas resources. This was an extensive and detailed process and is an important achievement for the Company, as it further reduced risk and uncertainty around the First Phase Development project for us and potential funding partners. The OGA has identified the Bentley Field development as a priority and we found their approach to be supportive and pragmatic; we look forward to continuing our good relationship with them as we progress towards Field Development Plan approval. The industry needs to adapt and develop new, innovative ways to re-vitalise the UK North Sea, and we see OGA as a key part of supporting and facilitating such initiatives.

No, I was replying to Mickey! I know you've been here for years.

When I spoke to the company a year or so back about the remaining $1M owed from Statoil, I got the impression the regulatory milestone related to a successful FDP submission. It wasn't something they were expecting to happen any time soon. "if we get it, we get it", or something along those lines.

Is that reffering to me cc?
I have been on here for quite a few years actualy. Re top sparky`s post He does refer to the 1 million pounds still owed to xel by statoil. I have tried to bring this subject up several times. It is rather strange don`t you think that Rupert just dismisses it like its an 80pence debt owed at the supermarket or something... What is going on? I hope we find out very soon. One would think that the first of the month might be a good day for one or two RNS

Very true after six years, going down to the wire for a partner does not exude huge confidence sad to say. One would have thought a decent fellow would have got this done and dusted by now.

because there has always been a need for a 3rd party to be involved in Bentley, just as Azinor for example they need to be given the once over by DECC. Nothing unusual or sinister in that statement.

I guess so considering the amount of money that I have lost, and I am not the only one.

Tell me one reason why this man should walk away with millions lining his pocket for what he has achieved over years. He has been nothing but a misery to many.

Are you saying he should not be held accountable for his failure to delivery a timely solution to the owners of this company ME AND YOU.

He told us PI to listen only to the company. We did. They said NOWT of significant value and when the did it was more like something produced from an enigma machine.

They have watched for years as our share price tumble whilst he and his BOD helped themselves to fat pay checks. Now we are near the abyss and many people on here stand to loose a fortune as a result of this mans actions/communication or lack of it. Surely he must be held responsible for this and must not be allowed to get of so lightly.

I would not put in past him to read some post from BB sites and laugh at us in our faces. Ach am no worried about that lot, they can moan and groan, I have THEIR millions in my bank and I am sorted. All my opinion of course but this DEFO looks bad for most LT. Time holy water, prayers, and rosary beads and if we survive this the Rupert Cole must be sacked at the first opportunity
