its like flogging a dead horse being invested here this old nag just cant muster up any speed to go anywhere. Not my brightest hour when I decided to sink me hard earned in here. All those years ago when I was young and spritly and raring to go waiting for me hard earned to double instead it has just disappeared. Cant even get any dough off Windy Miller without conditions no its not looking good being way under the penny arcade. Off to pick the vicar up from The Never Getting There Arms hes always at his worst on a bank
holiday.

Your wrong mate.

RSM have a 40% stake in the Logbaba field.

The 2 drills being started soon will be paid for 60% by GDC and 40% by RSM. Simples.

Matanda is a separate entity which RSM have no stake in yet.

Surely vog must pay all 100% of the next 2 drill costs as Gryn has nothing to do with them, he only has 40% if the current 2 producing wells, and NOT 40% of the total Logbaba field.Or am I wrong?

VOG will be paying 60% of the 2 new drills sue to start shortly and RSM will contribute the other 40% of the costs.

Drilling at Matanda which is owned by VOG alone is years away.

Gosh, how long till this ol' share slides backwards on a regular 'boredom drop'.
Still waiting for all these ii's to start buying. I've been walking around with a sandwich board trying to drum up business but to no avail. At least the Rentaghost business has been more profitable this financial year so far with the Jester and Dobbin making 6 and 24 bookings respectively. Mr Painting bought some VOG shares but the value has spirited away. Still Nearly There.

There are a number of very interesting points that will be raised.
If vog drill 2 new wells at Logbaba as far as I can see it Gryn will not have any % of these as he only won the 40 % rights to the first 2 producing wells.
So the money /costs of drilling the 2 new wells must come out of vog’s 60% revenue, Gryn will not want to pay anything towards those costs when getting nothing back in return.
Second Gryn is not involved in Matanda so the costs of any drilling there will again have to be funded by/from revenue from our 60% of Logbaba, OR be fully funded from the bank loan already arranged.
But Foo has already said new works will be funded from existing / current revenue. who knows what's going to happen, and that must be part of the reason institutions will not get to involved with vog , there are still too many un-knowns.

hi oldtimer
I wouldn't be surprised if Grim was trolling through all his contract documents looking for a loophole so he could bring about another case of litigation re not being involved at all in Matanda etc. After all he has made a habit of the like.
Even with him on board re Logbaba which would be enough to put a number of interested parties off from making a bid for VOG especially due to his poor relations with the Cameroon Authorities re another litigation case imo the current SP is so ridiculously low that we are now valued at a bargain MCap .
To a buyer a company is only worth what someone will pay for it . Surely the numbers stack up at the moment to ensure we are firmly in the bargain basement category.

I would imagine that the whole situation is getting rather annoying for Gryn, on one hand he has 40% of 2 wells at Logbaba where we have put god knows how much money and support to get things moving but now he has NILL interest in Matanda where next year all the effort will be put in.
What does he do, just sit back and watch, a bit like the rest of us then.
