When you say ii's don't trust VOG, did we not dilute by around 1 billion shares to ii's less than 2 years ago? I assume they are still with us and if not, then VOG should be asked some searching questions as to why some fly by night city boys were preferred to the long suffering PI's who have consistently stood by this company.
Absolutely unreal to see this price worse than how it started consolidation is the worst thing for a company and we are seeing the real side of consolidation. It never works. Look at Valirix that consolidation has put them in a bad place with the price lower than consolidation. I'm pretty much finish in this share as its robbed me of 11k same BHR did and that did a consolidation. As for £1 it's all but gone. I'm with scotty77 there's something else going on. And your post is very true. Giving away shares. At such lo prices. Has left people twice shy.
I don't think there is bad news Scotty. I honestly think there is a complete lack of trust with ii's and the market since the last massive dilution as they also got caught on the hop (once bitten twice shy) it' gonna take an awful lot of time to regain that trust.
Handing out free shares and paying for things via shares in the past is not the way to do this. I am convinced that there is a pot hidden under a floorboard in Foo's house with shares he has promised people. The consequences of these actions we are now paying for.
As I said in my previous post FOO needs to issue a statement that there is nothing lurking from the past that we as Pi's have to pay for in any form of share dilution.
...nice to see VOG back to base at a penny a share in old money. Are we still all arguing scuffs/winter/wouri/gen sets and the like? are all the hopefuls still given it credence? I seemed to be laughed at when I wanted to buy back in at 50p new money last year) and many told me it would never get down that low?!?! Might buy back in when it finally reaches the penny mark. Then I can check here everyday and enjoy the scuff and gen set arguments!!! I vote Kevin Foo for business man of the year!
Make the AGM but it would be a good question to ask if anybody is attending. How many shares are outstanding for work carried out or bonus payments in the future. That is why the market punishes VOG, because they don't know either.
FOO needs to issue a cast ion guarantee that no more shares will be issued in lieu of anything, that means work carried out or BOD bonuses. That is the only way to stop the rot. I don't think he will do this as who knows who he has already promised what to?
Why is anybody surprised! Look back at the last time FOO diluted with free shares, VOG dropped like a stone exactly the same. The market can see what is happening. The truth is VOG will be hammered any time we dilute, god help us if he does it again. Only one winner in this game unless it is sorted and we all know who that is. Since consolidation we have issued $ 500,000 in dilution is this a good thing "seems not to the market"
Well i never; the Investors Colonical Shorters Favourite for 7 years running could be being nominated for a Yuletide Award for Swiftest post RNS dropsy. I wonder if Senecot , Numis, or Ex-Lax would care to sponsor the award wholly or partly? We'll probably be in the blue for the rest pf the week now. Still, Le Petamaine is buying up bolts of velcro as we speak on the Honduran grey market to advertise to AIM investors over Christmas. The Vicar is holding a film night at the hall this evening with a James Bond theme. Casino Royale and Sharefall will be taken with homemade vodka martini (or rather flat shandy from the vestry).
