No I haven't seen any clause but just guess there might be one Foo for selling GDC.
But maybe that wouldn't be a bad thing if we can get £300m+ and then give back £2 -£3 for every share held to the shareholders.

O/T it’s pitiful what these two have done to innocent investors. Lies, lies and more lies, but guess what? Foo will still get his royalties no matter what! We have just paid 90 million to make sure his family are looked after for life! I am f...... seething with anger. He is a rat!

The other thing Foo might try is to sell off GDC where I am sure there is a clause where he would get some fantastic bonus, and then stay on with vog to try something else.
Another West Med.

Foo now knows his under pressure and going to face problems of being outed by our shareholders group when you read his long long almost begging letter of why it's not his fault in this rns.
He knows his time is running out fast.

One minute we are the bees knees of a business , no competitors with the world of Cameroon at our feet and customers falling over themselves for gas.
To being almost dead in the water , no new customers, losing our main customer, paying over the odds for a drilling plan that went over costs / over time and almost broke the bank.
Cannot make up our minds to keep / sell West Med, cannot sign good contracts on Bomono.
If we don't get more main customers fast we are going down.
So why or why don't we sign up many new customers with cheap gas for the first few years to build our customer base now.
Just baffles me.

Going Concern

The Directors have given careful consideration to the appropriateness of the going concern basis in the preparation of the financial statements. There are a number of uncertainties that may affect the Company’s ability to continue operating as a going concern, these are disclosed in the Financial Statements.

The Directors have reviewed operating and cash forecasts in respect of the operating activities and planned work programmes of the Group’s assets. In the case that either ENEO does not resume consumption or a settlement of the insurance claim is not completed, additional finance will be required and, in this event, the Directors believe that they will be able to access additional financing in order to continue to meet obligations and develop operations for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these Financial Statements.

On this basis the Directors have concluded that it is appropriate to prepare the Financial Statements on a going concern basis. Accordingly, these Financial Statements do not include any adjustments to the carrying amount and classification of assets and liabilities that may arise if the Group was unable to continue as a going concern.

So only a question of time before another dilution , or bust !!!!!!!!

Yes I think that Foo and Dik may well be surrounded by extra security. I have to say Karma is a wonderful occurrence. Just wondering weather to get placards or t - shirts printed up. May stick to placards as he has already had the shirt of my back. I hope a motion of incompetence can be put forward and get them out. He certainly has no right to still collect royalties. He has negated his entire duty to the shareholders. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask, maybe that is the slogan for my placard. IMO it is inconceivable that ii's do not join the investors action group and have Foo stop his royalties and to concede to an independent auditor to examine the books as Tescos did when they suddenly discovered Jets and in accurate accounting....?if not agreeable then have him and his cohorts ousted.

uncompleted work, according to Akoa’s calculations. When GDC management was contacted, officials repeatedly refused to comment on the allegations.

Imegap describes itself as an SME specializing in construction, maintenance, engineering and labor services. Its CEO had initially promised to provide his staff’s attendance sheet to GDC to prove that the work had been done. Later, Emmanuel Mbui said he wanted to identify the source of information about his company before giving his version of the facts.

The accountant at Abaapcam Engineering Ltd acknowledged that his employer has benefited from multiple payments from GDC. However, “some payments were made for additional work such as maintenance that was not on the contract and in this case, we made order forms,” said John Ayuk before adding that “GDC never pays for work not done “.

It has not always been the case. In March and April 2016, the subsidiary of VOG paid more than XAF 116 million to Global Marine Engineering (Glomae) for piping and welding, as evidenced by internal documents. However, the Glomae CEO said in an interview that he is not aware of this work and payments since at the time Glomae and GDC were not yet partners. “I’m confused when you tell me about the payments that date back to 2016 because it’s only since January 2018 that we’ve been making small pipe and solder connections to the gas plant,” Chris Ngu Akong said on the phone. A version of the facts were later confirmed by Daniel Fru, deputy general manager of this company. Chris Ngu was also surprised to learn that the money had to be transferred to a Glomae bank account opened at United Bank for Africa (UBA) in Douala. He said Glomae never opened an account in this bank and that he no longer has news of his colleague Ben A. Kolling, director of operations, who made the demands for payment.

Contacted later, Ben Kollinz said he could not know if the work was actually done because he had never visited the gas plant, but he admitted to having prepared the requests for payment on instructions from his general manager. “It’s Mr. Ngu Chris who asked me to make the bills,” he said on the phone. “The money has been transferred to the company’s bank account at UBA and Mr Ngu is one of the signers of this account, I do not know what he is talking about.”

Curiosities do not stop at these divergent opinions. The completion certificate of this work, a document confirming the effectiveness of the work, was signed two months after the payment of the invoices.

For Christian Penda Ekoka, a consultant in economics developpment and adviser to the Presidency’s civil cabinet, if the contracts were not executed, it means that there was complicity between the managers of the Gas company and the beneficiaries. “There could have been payments of retro commissions, we must denounce these practices of tax avoid
