I still have a small holding here I couldn't take it anymore. So find it more exciting in tullow at least there is some action there so that's my new home for the time being. I just get depressed when I log in here it never gets any better what with Boko causing mayhem what next. Club Rampton still ramping with their drival that never happens only thing here is the odd tumble weed blowing through. I would have more faith if Mr Boo was in charge it couldn't get any worse.
I see the sp is slowly sliding back on it's very own AIM gravity field. Volume is pitiful once again as I suspect many folks are thinking about selling before the year end. At least the annual Christmas party is worth the wait. We have a new velcro climbing wall at the parish hall in which investors can climb better that the VOG shareprice. Are you still in Tullow ? It's looking pretty good these days, the sp certainly follows a more logical route than this successful, cash flow positive utility company. Still if VOG can supply CO2 to the 'Arms for our Divestors Colonical quiz nite then we'll be most grateful. Questions such as: What did Mr.Boo command in Jamie and the Magic torch, or; why does AIM not open a casino in Cameroon on the beri-beri industrial estate ? First prize is a Numis tea leaf reading set complete with Gordon Gekos sentiments written in oak gall ink.
''5. To re-appoint Deloitte as Auditors of the Company and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration''.
The above does not make that 100% clear Mr Rich, who's remuneration is being fixed, however if you are right I still believe resolution 5 was voted against as it appeared to me at least, that it was ''their'' directors, remuneration, & was a protest against it.
Mr Rich, interesting revelation regarding the percentage of vote. I do not concur with your observation regarding the re-election of the auditors. I think most pi's & ii's are generally happy with the way the company is developing under the present non-freeloading directors, however the fifth resolution included approval of auditors AND directors remunerations. Given the large block votes of ''you scratch my back, I'll reward yours'', the elites, fundies, ii's & management were always going to vote yes for everything.
What is noteworthy is that a large number of the pi's, who bothered to vote, rejected the EXCESSIVE PAY & BONUSES given to, & by themselves this year!!!
