It's a load of B******x next year, blah.blah, blah, GM's contribution is experience then! this get's better by the day.
The Grip of the Entered Apprentice is made by pressing the thumb against the top of the first knuckle-joint of the fellow Mason, the fellow Mason also presses his thumb against the first Mason's knuckle.
The name of this grip is "Boaz". When a candidate is imparted with this grip and its usage it is done in this manner."
First the Worshipful Master says to the candidate: "I now present my right hand in token of friendship and brotherly love, and will invest you with the grip and word. As you are uninstructed, he who has hitherto answered for you, will do so at this time." :)
I certainly agree there is no need for bluntness Mr Rich, but FFS I certainly do not think an answer of giving ''KF the benefit of his advice and wisdom on a regular basis'' is a satisfactory explanation for someone to receive nearly $1/4million a year of shareholder money !!!!!
Thank you for your comments, If the question you asked about the company now in overall profit and the answer was correct (yes), then that is a very big deal now and would push the sp higher. IMO the company should put out a rns to say so as it's very important, but this just goes to show how much we need a good PR department to push the good points to date.
I think it was more the nature of the way the question was asked which was blunt to the point of rudeness and certainly embarrassing for GM who was not in a position to defend himself. It also included questioning Robert Palmer's contribution, although the questioner did concede that he did something. He (GM) was presented as the quiet man behind the scenes who gave KF the benefit of his advice and wisdom on a regular basis.
'' Also about GM's contribution to the party. KF defended GM's contribution although he thought the question was out of order.''
Thank you Mr Rich for reporting back! I will say that Mr Foo might think it is ''out of order.'' to ask what a director does to earn $200,000 a year, however I would rather he answered it, so we actually know what !!!! If there was no answer?? then I assume he does very little other than bleed the balance sheet!
I also went to the AGM and I must say that Mr Rich has given an excellent summary. I have £100k invested in this company and I needed some reassurance. I got it.The company cannot control the sp but seem to me to be very much on a growth path.Next year is key. Successful drilling and a contract with Dibamba is on the cards. I asked whether the company as a whole was now in profit in the real sense of the word ,not just GDC cash flow positive, and was told that it was.Very impressed with the new CEO. Not so impressed with Mr Mannheim Time for him to hang up his boots.
The pipeline was a combination of extending into bonaberi (around 12km I think). and spurs. 2 customers require spurs of 1km each for example. Most customers have plants requiring longish spurs. The detail was passed over fairly quickly so best to wait for the presentation. There was some discussion about BLVN and their recent announcement. KF said the end of the pipe would be about 8km from bomono. He also pointed out that they (BLVN) would need to have environmental impact assessments done and hinted at other regulatory requirements prior to seeking an exploitation licence, then build a processing plant and find a customer or two. The implication was that this was a fraught and extensive process. He also pointed that VOG control the pipeline that they might need.
