4 years of watching can't be enough - Fridays always seemed to be the best day for TCG on the way up from 12p. It was like pocket money day!

Just my own assumption, watching the stock market every day (as you do),I have over the last four years found that this particular day ,eight times out of ten starts the day and carries on in the red. I did ask my son who works down in the city why this happens, his reply, the larger investors have to make money,if money is on the table (usually is on Wednesday) they have a habit of taking it off late on,or have large sell orders early in the pipeline for Thursday.I must admit this does not apply to TCG,If any day money appears on the table (shows in the green),its taken off pronto.I suppose unlike us,they just don`t like the uncertainty of leaving money tied up over the weekend,we gamble with spare cash, they try and make a living. How many times have you watched the opening on Mondays showing in the red ,thats where their gamble pays off. Make no mistake they get it wrong as well, too many times and the job goes, when we ourselves get it wrong ( most of the time) ,we just sulk and kick the cat.

Manny and Harriet had more charisma in their toenail offcuts than this man. You would think for the several million pounds a year he gets in remuneration and bonuses that the company could afford for him to attend some presentation seminars.
Get a grip get excited about your own company.

Harry, I'm confused . . . again. Why is Thursday the day of the week that institutions offload? Has that been proven or is it rumour? I don't disbelieve you I just don't get it. If so, why Thursday's?

True story this.

Being shareholders we naturally like to book our holidays via TC. So in May this year we booked a two week break to Ischia in Italy. Sadly we never made it. Two days prior to flying out my mother had a massive stroke and died. We lost the holiday.....no insurance etc etc, along with the money. It didn't matter at the time anyway for obvious reasons.

Fast forward 3 months my partner wrote a letter to Frank Meysman explaining the circumstances. We never expected to hear anything. Today we received a phone call from a guy working on behalf of Frank who wished to express his sincere condolences and refunded the entire amount.

Thought that was a very nice gesture.

While this man is at the helm,i am sure this share price will continue to languish at and around it`s present level. The man has not a clue how to promote the company,I know it`s Thursday the usual day for the institutions to take money off the table, but todays drop is surely down to him.The recent rise (this week) surely caught the eye of investors who in the past got out, giving them some real incentive to have another "Go",only once again to have a Board member putting the boot in.I ask, what the hell is wrong with these people? They just keep painting a picture of doom & gloom.
