"The joke awards from A DVFN (AFN) are here again and yet again Brokerman Dan is honoured as the share blogger of the year. Two wins in three years. Nothing to do with him being on the board of delisted & shamed Sefton Resources together with his pals the ADVFN bosses, running an online tipsheet with the ADVFN Chairman this is all down to merit. Oh yes it is. Stop s********* at the back! Actually it is not the most "interesting" award."
"Mr Levi has agreed to provide £50,000 via a Secured Loan Note. The Note will carry a 15% coupon with a 10% arrangement fee. Mr Levi has......."
I wonder is that the very same £50,000 of company money that D Hopkins received from SER when he was a previous director of the company, and at a time when he failed to say to the company shareholders that he had changed his name and had spent 16 years in prison, and was now calling himself D Levi?
They must have wet themselves laughing when they put this in the statement:
...a small group of shareholders who threatened but did not deliver an EGM. This scuppered our efforts as no one will fund or enter a material deal with a management on the brink of being replaced. This threat therefore made the continuation of Sefton unattractive.
Are there really still Sefton shareholders who can't see what has happened here? It seems to me to be easy to believe that supporters would have to either be stupid or be playing a part in a scam?
