If we can get decent flow results off these two drills then hopefully we will move up but then again this is the Aim game.

I've only a few Aim stocks left and will off load the rest when and if I can get a return. I will for sure never ever invest in Aim again until the authorities tighten the rules on how the dealers deal and tighten the laws on who are allowed to manage these companies. There are to many dodgy characters around....just look at Landau.

Cannot see Citibank running an oil and gas company.

They want to minimise any loss and that would be an additional risk. They will want to sell it as a going concern if Trinity do not come up with a reasonable and acceptable offer.

I think it's just a bounce off the 0.60 resistance level, Ch, to be expected really. In the same way that someone was apparently determined to drive it up there in the first place - didn't hear many complaints then. If it does continue back down then there does appear to be a rising support line of sorts to boing back off, as previously described. Beware wedges though I guess.

Looks like someone is determined to drive this down ahead of news, no change there then :)

Doesn't mean that Citibank won't want the assets. They might sell the lousy assets replace the board and run the fields.

According to the latest RNA they are insolvent and have sought bankruptcy protection because they cannot repay Citibank.

So basically at this moment in time the shares are worthless and the odds are Trinity will not survive as a going concern.

If it was profitable they would be paying down the debt.

It's not easy to know what has been going on with Trin mainly because of protection from the Fsp, so anything stated leans closely to speculation, we don't know what happened with citibank, they may have tried some tactic which made Trin go for bankruptcy protection, and nothing yet is known about the refinancing but I doubt very much if liquidation will be the remedy at this stage, it's a shame that it has been allowed to get to this level considering it is a profitable business with Wti at this level,
