Matt Lofgran's credibility will be shot to pieces forever if there is placing so soon after declaring this is the year for building shareholder value. No one outside the of the city spivs would touch him with a bargepole. I don't believe there is any placing any time soon, we'll see...........................
What i cant understand if there is a placing then theyve normally presold so the availability to buy shares would not be a problem....however on two occasions thus week ive had to place orders to purchase which would indicate to me that the mms dis not have an endless supply. All academic i suppose until monday i presume.
We will find out on Monday morning I guess. Remember the rumour...and it is just a rumour...came from a well connected source on twitter. He usually gets it right..there was no one buying in quantity when the price fell. Huge dilution at massive discounts has been the story of aim this week...with the crazy xtr leading the way in wiping out investors. My guess is 2p with warrants ....the trouble is Ntog has such a history of dilution. Plenty of holders bought in 50 times higher than current price and have been diluted to current price. I hold Ntog but not as many as I want to specifically because I simply not trust the management or the CEO. It's cheap and that's one reason why....no trust. If the current bod resigned and were replaced by a well respected group Ntog would double instantly
Oracle: Initially, I was thinking along similar lines - that IF there was a placing coming it must be for something substantial, not just to keep the wheels turning, but the 15% Authority would only yield £600K at best, which isn't earth shattering. However, couldn't a larger placing could be made with shareholder approval? From past anecdotal experience of BMD, when he is on the money, he has a lot of detail e.g. MXO last summer, with details of the placing price, but when it is more vague, it is a little more suspect. e.g. UKOG So its a little up in the air at the moment, but IMO, a placing in the near future (pending Pine Mills news) doesn't feel particularly sensible.
"As operator of Pine Mills and with an increased WI in the oil field, Nostra Terra will benefit greatly from the control it has over operations and the free cash flow generated from the asset.
"Having rationalised the Company's cost base and asset portfolio in 2016, the Board's focus for 2017 is solely on growth and delivering increased shareholder value. Nostra Terra has identified a number of potential acquisitions and I look forward to updating the market in due course."
I believe there must be an acquisition, if anything. I'm sure there can only be a placing if there is one, for max. 15% of share in Issue using the AGM share allotment Authority?
When MSMN released the RNS RE acquisition for 80% of Pine Mills their SP went up over 300% in one day to a £5mil+ mcap and everyone was raving about how it was a company making acquisition for a business of that size going straight into production.
Now fast forward two months and it is us who have 87.5% WI of Pine Mills which is profitable even below $30pb (with potential to increase our WI to 100%) and we are sitting at a mcap of £2mil. Producing 100bopd currently and targeting a 50% increase in production alone at Pine Mills. Not even taking into consideration our other assets.
Do the maths, stick to the facts and RNS reports, we are massively undervalued!
