I is this dodgy or what links to assabayev family. Was this company made up to take max away from shareholders at the cheapest possible route for new owners. Why didn't sherbank take control of assets or am I missing something...

Oil-S, was just asking about you earlier... how's it going? Ok, so maybe Max is gone, but would you demean yourself to insult the remaining investors?? :) What do you want... a gold star, a Blue Peter badge?? I am sure you're glad you called it. Hope you're doing well in your future endeavours. #RIPMAX

AGR never invested 16mill. They invested about a million or so and then gave up, except that Peak South may have some connection with the Assabayev family. The million or so was advanced to Samek, not Max, and presumably is still on Samek's books as a debt, which Peak South has to concern itself with. Max's debts are listed in the report, and consist mainly of routine business costs, not debt obligations

All the shares of Madiran, a subsidiary of Max, were sold to Peak South Holding Limited, for $1,000,000. Madiran holds all the stock of Samek, the oil producing subsiidiary of Madiran. Max gets $1,000,000. Peak gets Madiran and through Madiran, Samek. Creditors of Max get the $1,000,000 after expenses of admin. Shareholders get nothing. That is it in a nutshell. read it and weep.
