Thanks for the connection. I note that Robert Holland is back as a director. He wasn't much help when he last served and was not re-elected by shareholders. Maybe the Assaubayev deal is still on the table but who knows at what cost to shareholders. But then we don;t have much to lose a this point. It would be a miracle equal to Lazarus rising from the dead if this company survives with any benefit to its present shareholders.
Samek International, the Max operating subsidiary, was threatened with bankruptcy last October. Has anyone heard the result of the court proceedings in that matter.? Does anyone have connections in Almaty who might know the result of such proceedings? I'm assuming that the bankruptcy went through and that Max is finished but does anyone have info?
