The Petition is gaining support
20 May '16
Apologies for board hopping but-
The petition is going quite well; ~5000 signatures so far. Although it really needs a turbo boost.

https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/112044/sponsors/frRbCOsOLO6QqIN82UOX

This petition was stalled in parliament since 12th Aug 15; finally green lit on 12th feb 2016.
The FCA don't even reply on the matter, now is your chance to have your say.
If you hate seeing buys reported as sells etc!!!!!!
Has already been sent to Martin Lewis, Daily Mail, Moneyweek & Watchdog.

My local MP supported this petition by writing to the petitions committee to help un-stall it.
There’s 650 MP’s in Westminster, So have you written to your MP? 649 to go!

If this petition doesn’t reach 10,000; then imo we might as well have not bothered as it will almost certainly be filed B1N; @ 10,000 the government should respond. We are currently getting approx. 100 new signatures a week, but need 3x that amount to reach the target with only 15 weeks to go.

So – If you haven’t yet signed or indeed have but haven’t passed it on to others, then now’s the time to do so. If each person who has signed can get just one other person to sign then we will double the total immediately. I have posted to all aim listed gas n oilies, currently doing the footsy 100. But I can only do so much to push this. Really need you guys & gals to help. Thanks to all who have signed so far.
We really need a social / media savvy individual to help generate more interest in this.

Have spoken to PJ
8 Nov '13
I have lost faith in bbs as u have no idea who u r talking to
I have spoken to PJ and he is a very eloquent guy and strongly believes a deal will be done
However if a deal is not forthcoming there are many questions to be answered and my key question is on a previous post can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks

Manchesterscum

He is certainly genuine and in touch but they are feeding him a load of baloney as they have fed us all. Administration would not have been the easiest route if the authorities are still investigating the disappearance of punters funds.

"Why pay Lawyers and Nomads £20k plus?

You are so innocent and naive. Did they pay anybody anything. One week on from the cancellation and the results are still not out. Are you aware there are no auditors or nomads. LOL.

Why a set up when ....
8 Nov '13
It was easier to go straight to administration. Why pay Lawyers and Nomads £20k plus, albeit on an option that failed, when there was no need. Who has gained from a set up. Neither us or PJ would gain as any assets would go to Debtors / Inland Revenue.
I think people will never agree on here just interested to hear from those if a deal does come through as to theIR views on a set up then. Only time will be able to answer that.
Will wait for contact details britdaq or whatever to come through. Good Weekend all.

Gas and Oil?
8 Nov '13
No need to be intrigued as to who I am behind the name. I am just invested here far too heavily not to communicate with PJ or MDC or whoever to try and see if we can get something back. I am aware of those who are not invested and the sudden arrival of new user I.D 's so concerned despite not posting anything for the last 6 months etc.
So I don't play games and can't be bothered with some on here.
Why do I think it is Gas and Oil.? Simply because despite falling at the last hurdle Leopard Oil got as far as an 18 - 20 page resolution document drawn up by Lawyers ( and yes one side got it wrong ) with Nomads input and probably a £20k bill all for nothing which still had to be paid. PJ stated that it will be a new sector ( not gaming) and most of the work has already been done so re-submission costs very low.
Therefore, not wasting my energy on those people not invested, I try and work out the possibles and I keep coming back to a re-vamped deal with the new investors but 90% of the groundwork of Leopard Oil but with the 2 points the other Lawyers got wrong removed / ironed out.
That's it. Guess what? I could be totally wrong, probably am, but at least posting genuine thoughts on what little feedback I get, and I think I get that because I am still being civil in my correspondence (I admit for my own ends ) despite probable heavy losses. That's who I am. ATB

Oh, to be open honest!

Mike do these people have any time scale for the company???? if we are to believe what we are told!
Any news of what will happen to Goal millions?? thought it was a great product myself.
Intabet wheres that gone did it ever exist, some say it was just a scam, how come we as share holders where and have never been told about these two products NOT ONE WORD!!
So Oil and Gas company is that a load of rubbish too!! if these people where open and up front we would be talking like this, what amazes me is Phil Jackson, what is or has been doing for six months regarding the two products above, OK so know gaming licence but companies still want money making products. but we have not had a wiser about them at all! PJ has continued to communicate via emails and phone which is very nice but where has it left us all.
still waiting for any kind of news of old or in fact new. We wait.

If the company re-lists no other forum is required. All the developments on the deal should be on their website.

Update to shareholders from MDC
7 Nov '13
I have had some feedback from MDC and they are working on an interim solution to keep shareholders informed. They are currently looking at Britdaq and a couple of others.
The Britdaq website http://www.britdaq.com/
So they are working on it and will make a final decision soon as to how they will update shareholders.
As soon as I have heard I will post, unless a generic e-mail goes out to all.

I think you have a fair point JLF. Maybe the only way to stop that happening would be to create our own BB specifically for this share, separate and governed by the people who have invested. I for one have been sucked in and hope there is some light, however, If this is it, I would like to take things further and maybe the only satisfaction I could get from this would be certain people, if they haven't followed the rules, never are allowed to have the same position in a company for a long time.

The big question is this. At what point will shareholders accept there is not going to be a deal. You see what the current and past directors are waiting for before they do the final dirty is the shutting down of share blog threads. When that happens the community of desent no longer exists. So they can't formulate any kind of collective action.

Hi Mate,
As for people invested during Purple Lounge / predecessors who want to make a complaint then that is entirely up to them and wouldn't blame them. That will not come back to PJ however, it simply can't he was not on board as you know.
If people want to make a complaint here also while a deal appears to be on the table that is also their right. However do they want at this stage to have to deal with Lawyers, which is what it will be I am afraid to uphold a complaint, it is not done by e-mails!t I think that is what caused the big change of heart overnight from Northenrnad after putting in a complaint to FCA ( nothing personal northernlad total respect for you mate)
The pure panic in JLF last post when he thought we may still get re-submission and the few posts leading up to it that were normal comments shows he is an agitator who is not invested and wants to stir it up and 'get off' on it when people have lost money.
He can't even decide if he is a male or female, serious issues I think.
If re-submission does not take place then that for me is the time to start legalities/requests to Registrar's etc.
Reading between the lines I have a few thoughts which make me think that they will stay with the new sector ( Gas and Oil) and it will certainly be easier, if it is going to happen, outside the shackles of AIM.

Comments that appear adverse to predecessors/management of MDC, are also beng removed from the advfn thread. I Think the investors there are planning a counter attack in how all this has been handled. Other threads and other investors are becoming very proactive
