I had been in here a while and pretty much filled my boots on the the news that MGA was coming out of administration with a great big tax loss attacheed. It tooks about another year for it to come out of admin though and now with it looking like we could see what might actually happen with it and it being under the auspices of the former ECR BoD member that got me a little excited about it in the first place, I am moving back to a happier place with this share. However it is going to get used up we should end up seeing some income at last. Whether is it enough to sustain operations is another question but it should mark a change in the companies fortunes. I suspect the news is not likely to be cleared out until YA are gone and it might be a bit longer after that because even once a prospect is identified it needs to undergo a due diligence process, possibly a regulatory approval hurdle and all without risking the status of the tax loss. The income is likely to be a continuous stream rather than a big bang but if it allows ECR to keep going without further dilution and the PoG is at a point where SLM is attractive then we might turn the corner in a big way. I need about 0.21 to break even across all my pots....do I dare to dream having had them dashed so may times in the past.....always. Alas it's usually those that get in last and out first that make the money and I may be doomed forever but definitely feeling more positive here than I have since before the Danglay report.
Thanks for your informative post. You are one of a few on here who I take notice of. Make me look a novice ! I am certainly here for the duration . Will be here long term and certainly not here today and gone tomorrow. As I mentioned earlier might treat myself tomorrow. Look forward to your post.
Tony, it's no secret that Timeless is a 'high net worth investor' aka Andrew Neal. If you look over the TR1 RNS in December you'll note that Timeless/Andrew Neal crossed the 7% threshold and has amassed a holding of some half a billion shares. Impressive huh? Just hopes he doesn't sell out on us too early on!!
