I agree usually, but in this case a lot of buys so far and caught the attention of Twitter traders (topinfo etc). Also, for advisors and SC etc, they will have the inside track on where the company's headed and may hold off on dumping until more news comes out and the SP is a lot higher. Be interesting to see how this plays out in any event.
Today's new was excellent news. But this is always the trouble when shares are used to settle outstanding liabilities. The same shares are dumped into any positive news rendering the new worthless from a PI point of view.
