Clayson stepped down as an ED and the CEO. It's not inconceivable that a new CEO would appoint him as a NED. That way he can help finish what he started. He has made quite a few mistakes, especially re communication, but was unlucky with the Philippines, which has been his legacy from even previous co's I believe.
They are talking of a 'white knight' arriving soon, I assume he will be wearing his 'pj's' instead of armour though, excuse the pun.
Let's just hope he is coming to save our shareholder interests as well as the company and its assets though....
Come on SC. Where is this 'relative near term potential' u have been speaking of. SLM? Its been saying its relatively near term for years on rns. Mga? Has been earmarked for operations in Australia after doing its rounds for the last year and a half. And Australia? What operations? Philippines is pretty much a no go at the mo too...
Hmmm..... I wonder. The timing - ya not paid off. Holding onto the cash. Avoca dropping a spanner in the works. U know, if they didn't hang onto that cash instead, funds would be pretty much gone by now. think the two are connected? Did they know it could come to this?
I don't for a minute think Stephen has left, but let's see if I'm proved right or wrong next week. In terms of the company, current assets as pointless and someone else will take ECR as a shell for a different project and bring money in. Again I'll wait and see if I'm right or wrong. I'm buying at this stage on the premise that the listing will be worth something to someone
by putting it in an rns he has resigned, so far he has never put anything out on time - if he does not leave how can the company possibly continue - no money - little or no assets - even the ramp gang concede this now - apart from crap about no panic selling
Swiftly, you of all people here should see what I'm about to say... Has Stephens resignation been accepted officially? When has Stephen put out information on time? So he he says he's leaving at the end of the month do you really think he will?
