Burn will be very low at the moment, these holes more to assess where to determine first drill targets and scale of programme, Pretty cashed up for an AIM junior IMO

Fingers crossed on the results then. I don't think they will announce drilling anywhere else until these test results are in. If they do think they have something there they may want to go back and expand on it.

I disagree with it being a last throw of the dice.

It has only got 192m shares in issue, no debt, new management, new licenses and 1.5m is cash.

It's like a new gold mining company but just retaining the old companies name.

The clever thing is all the licenses have been obtained under mga. If they were to prove up jorc and sell it in in the future then potentially the profit would be offset against 66m in tax if they were to sell the whole lot on just as CB has done so in the past with kyrso.

Yes this is aim, nothing is a given.

Yes, but as the share price has fallen well below the placing price of those shares issued the Nav per share has increased.

This is a small company, really at this Mcap it's a last throw of the dice. They have to find something in their licensed areas. If they do find something commercial I think this management team has the contacts to get backing to get it into production. So I approve of them throwing everything at drilling and not just sitting back and taking their salaries.

Time will tell, I view it as s multibagger or a complete wipe out. There's not much room in between fir s company this small.

No reason why they can't carry out numerous drill programs over the 2 australia licences without burning through funding.

Not sure how, they have to be funded somehow, machinery and vehicles need fueling and maintained, wages need to be paid and so on.
It all burns through funds...its not free!

Agreed it is a long road but but taking on licenses and proving up resources the mcap should rise with the shareprice.

Yes it requires funding, but hopefully good grades can prop or hold the prices much higher than today with placings carried out in the future like next year.

Davbro68, No not a buyer, I`ve taken a hit with these before and then recouped some losses by buying more when the price was at 1p and selling them at 1.8p.
I see a possible jump if imminent drilling results are exceptional but its a gamble and I have interests in other types of sectors at the moment which I think have a good future ie desalination of water.

ECR may have a good future but its a long road and buying another licence just says to me that it`s like having another baby....they need feeding, so another money pit and therefore more fundraising needed until the real revenues roll in.
If they ever do!!

eshaitan,
don`t forget that a placing isn`t all one way traffic, it has to be paid for in shares and that`s what dilutes the shareprice.

That's 2 licenses close to existing gold mines.

Any hint of good results from the preliminary drilling and this will fly past 2p.
