Busy few weeks ahead

The Africa summit where Larry is presenting is starting this Wednesday, which should see some interest and maybe finalise deals. Some big names will be in attendance. The Petroleum Commissioner, Maggy Shino is also attending along with Tom Alweendo from the Ministry of Mines and Energy, Namibia.

The final results are due to be announced on 6th June 2018 and I think the notice of AGM will be posted at the same or similar time, the AGM will likely be early July IMO.

Chariot is also presenting at the Oil Capital Conference in London on 14th June 2018. £Oil Capital is a daytime event held in the heart of the City and sees eight listed Oil companies present for thirty minutes to an audience of 300 institutional and sophisticated investors.£

Strange decision by LSE.

It wasn’t misleading it was just an opinion of Larry.

Anyways carry on ramping. I may even buy back in again soon!

Market abuse

Information that is false or misleading, may constitute market abuse.

I am glad that the posts by Goonerpete and growler1664 have been removed. I understand differing opinions and can challenge them but I cannot stand offensive, misleading, false and abusive posts that these posters write regularly.

If you disagree with a posters comments then challenge them with facts, there is no need to play the man. These bulletin boards are designed for shareholders to share their thoughts and ideas, not for non holders to undermine genuine shareholders.

I hope that this board can concentrate on CHAR now.

The final results are due to be announced on 6th June 2018 and I think the notice of AGM will be posted at the same time or near, the AGM will likely be early July IMO. The Africa summit where Larry is presenting is starting on Wednesday, which should see some interest. Some big names will be in attendance. The discussions for farming out the Namibian blocks will be progressing, Larry confirmed that their are in negotiations with a potential partner. The Namibian blocks are up for renewal soon so a decision needs to be announced soon, the management have already had the placing and confirmed drilling for mid October so what can the delay be down to? I think a farm out is pending. Larry also recently stated that they're waiting for the Brazilian CPR from the independent auditor but confirmed that they have already opened the data room. Plenty of near term catalysts to be excited about IMO.

“So now you're spinning the fund raise as a way to 'stay as operator'?”

How have I said that? Please elaborate. Larry has said that the placement opens up the data room for partners who are non operators. I think he has more knowledge about the farm out discussions than you or I.

So now you're spinning the fund raise as a way to 'stay as operator'? Like that's a good thing???? Larry stated the fund raise was to strengthen his hand in negotiations and farming out to a larger company (my words) is the preferred option. You can't now turn around as if farming out to smaller investors was the plan all along....and if Chariot recoup $15m on Namibia S, I'll shag Susan Boyle...without being drunk or stoned.

It was actually $26m. “Cairn will receive a 35% stake in the C19 block offshore Mauritania and is paying Chariot US$26mln for seismic exploration work as well as some other back costs.”
