I think we're extremely likely to, and there will be. Just another kick in the goolies for us PI's.

GGP

I see GGP have raised £750k today with warrants attached. Great news for AB.

If we were to do a placing I sincerely hope we don't go down the route of attaching warrants.

Yeah, the board could do with pulling out there finger and just coming clean. It's farcical at this point, SZ deal surely means there is further funding news to come but I wouldn't be surprised if we heard nothing until the very last minute regardless of what the uncertainty does to the SP.

Bmr Watch

Yes klue i remember that some PI's ranged from those that didnt believe that AIM would allow such treachery by bmr management to those that were in deep money but refused to give up the dream (like me). That bmr era came at a time when i was in a dark place and i couldnt bare confrontation with management. I was too ill to travel and meet up.
So im not saying that we are necessarily back to those days although we have t e en flovged a bucket of tailings on the side (or have we? Lol) But its getting to the stage where answers are expected and required and our directors are muted. Well apart from a 'keep the faith' comment from a call someone made recently. How are we going to attract investors with all of this dispair over overdue funding and our assets being sideswiped. I mean i see that sz is a means to an end but that cost us a chunk. Come on AB we' drowning here. Sell us what your up to.

RE: LAFFER

Never under estimate the power of the silent majority, them and the even more powerful and deadly general shareholder apathy. BMR watch was set up with good intentions and did uncover some information but ultimately caused divisions amongst shareholders as it was laid bare that shareholders all have different views of what success is and what is acceptable from the board. The names may have changed at BMR but the board behaviour is eerily similar to the previous incumbents.

Laffer, when I last spoke to them months ago, still holds. Also his predictions of the levels money would be raised at were near enough correct, sadly.

Thoroughly entertaining time but ultimately shareholder apathy meant there was no use for BMR watch as it lacked enough fire power. I believe the website still exists? Though inactive is an under statement. I doubt Laffer would take on responsibility of running the site again as it bought a hell of a lot of pressure and abuse.

It's mad to me that shareholders would trust a 'white knight' AB director over the collective of all shareholders who are more aligned in their goals.

Now that was a name to remember. I cant remember if the bmr watch was that succesful but its a good example of how shareholders got together and i guess that one of our past problems was the fabrication of any progress with MA and i seem to remember that AB promised not to issue an update unless their was something important to report. He is certainly sticking to his word there lol but total silence when the uncertainty of finance is affecting share uptake and the sp. Come on team. We ha e put our hard earned wod into this venture. Tell us the truth. Why no funding yet. Why almost give away huge amounts of our assets when funding should have been sorted. Whats happening. !!!
Thats it im gonna choke a Kabwe Chicken !!!

With the amount of shares in public hands , it should be easy enough to call a general meeting to discuss the performance of the board ? You would need a good organiser to get together the required votes or maybe someone to organise an off the record meet like back in the BMR watch days , where is Laffer when you need him ?

As shareholders

Arent we entitle to formally demand explinations for delays against timelines etc. How insulting to keep us in the dark in this way. I dont know the rules but what about a petition? I have been here since man-bulance days lol and have been more diluted than a bottle of Robinsons at wimbledon. I have been a bit of a wimp and havent made a phone call as i think i will just get shull bit from them. I think a mass formal complaint would be more likely to give them a jolt.
