I also think it was decent. I thought the last update was decent too but we still dropped like a stone. Maybe this time it's not as much a shock. We are being told to wait a little longer. I'll give them till next Friday!

Decent RNS

I probably stand alone on this one reading the previous comments. Thinking ultimately about BMR and us, I think it's well worth giving ACI another chance as frustrating as it may be, rather than exploring other options.

Chimey, my thinking was this relatively lowly amount was tied into an offtake agreement and interest free which is perhaps why AB being a businessman felt this was and perhaps is the better deal.

BMR had a good cash injection not too long ago with much fluster about mate's rates and we of course now know they were not.

It is not beyond reason another private investor will stump up the cash required.

Off now 'til I get back.

Fair points BMR, but if all we need is a pretty paltry sum to unlock massive potential, why are we struggling so badly to get the cash?!

Here's hoping that next week is the week.

Cheers

Chimey, I think it's a case of having to inform shareholders of where we stand financially. Alex would be in deep sh*t if he tried to dress our financial position up, even just for negotiation reasons. Let me just point out that XEL needed hundreds of millions to develop their oil field. You can't compare the two when we only need a few million to achieve production. No need to panic about going bust here. The money will be raised one way or another.

I think we'll still be stuck below 7p in 12 to 18 months time if we carry on at this rate haha. Something positive really needs to happen here or we will be looking at another dismal year. All the uncertainty is making BMR look like a poor choice of investment. All I ask for are things to become a little simpler and more clear cut for a change.

On a more positive note, if we get the cash next week, and providing everything else goes smoothly, we will be looking at a very healthy SP in a year or so.

Why
Fri 21:11
Why, why why would you tell everyone that you need funds in the immediate future? People might be able to guess/deduce that we need cash, but if you were negotiating, you just wouldn't fess up to how desperate you were?

Legal route against ACI is a non starter.

Was invested in XEL for a while, but got out before they were wiped out. Massive asset, couldn't convert. Are we headed the same way? Thought AB would bring this round, he still might, but if we are such an attractive prospect, why are we struggling so much to get, what in real terms, is a bit of spare change?

3 years this Nov since we were suspended at 14pps equivalent, currently about 30% of our suspension value, how poor is that?

Really hope we get some decent news next week. Sorry tor being negative, but we're paying a BOD to do a job and deliver, they haven't done that yet.

Cheers & gave a good BH weekend

Oh yes, the RNS was very weak, I was only pointing out that Alex did put something out before the imposed deadline had passed, he kept his word. Even though it was a crap update. Of course, he may as well have also waited until after close of play, to prevent an sp fall. It would have then at least given him until Tuesday without the sp already beginning to fall, to chase this money and give the chance of him putting out a more positive RNS before the sp drops what may now be again!

Alex, in my opinion, is...........

........That's all I'm saying. Lol.

Reading thru the RNS - only 4.5m warrants were bought out of 51m. So ? To the more knowledgeable here - if funding in place - what do u think we can reach in 12-18 months
